Great customer service
Great customer service particularly from Lukman and Zam at Nochex.
I have been using Nochex successfully since 8th June 2025 for my small business to assist with the automation of payments for booking Pilates classes. Even better Apple Pay and Google pay are also integrated.

Looks like Ive been scammed too - paid what I thought was the right website for Clean Air in Birmingham - £16 only to get a £60 fine and to find out it should have only been £8 (didnt realise you could pay through gov.uk) no one at Nochex or the company I paid will answer any calls or emails so will have to pay the fine - not out of pocket

Nochex being used by scam clean air companies
Yet another clean air scam company using Nochex, this time in Portsmouth. Don’t Google for clean air payments, go to the official .gov.uk site. The scam web page is cleanairzone dash payments dot online slash calculatepaycharge dot php. Their freephone number and email addresses do not work. I’ve had to cancel my card.
