I found myself in a situation involving a settlement agreement. Although I was relatively familiar with the process, to personally go through it was actually quite stressful. Thankfully, Joanna was on hand to deal with everything on my behalf and was proactive in keeping me up to date on progress. It was quite the journey, but what made it easier was knowing that Joanna was doing all of the heavy lifting and as the subject matter expert, my situation was in very capable hands. Everything was dealt with incredibly professionally, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joanna for employment related matters. She is so friendly and genuinely makes you feel like she is on your side.

I used Emily Pearce to purchase a leasehold flat in the City of London. Along with Rachel Bettles, her paralegal, I could not fault the service of either of them. They were very responsive to all my requests for information, and Emily was dogged in getting satisfactory answers from the vendors of the flat. She explained very well the requirements of the Buildings Safety Act that were put in place after the Grenfell Tower fire. I am aware that a number of solicitors will no longer act on the purchase of flats which are affected by the BSA so it was really helpful to find one who was so knowledgeable and able to deal with things. I would recommend anyone to use Emily if they need a good conveyancing solicitor.
