Amy was excellent in preparing our Wills. She was knowledgeable, professional and answered all our questions which gave us great confidence. She was also a very good communicator (talking and listening).

I first used Nockolds for my house purchase as a first time buyer in 2018, and I remember being impressed by their communication and efficiency during that process - especially when everyone else usually moans about their solicitor! When I moved again this year I didn’t hesitate to call them and was delighted to learn their standards had not dropped in the intervening 6 years. You asked Trustpilot to remove my reviews although you are very aware that everything I have written is accurate - in fact, you responded saying you are aware of the "situation" and then mentioned your positive score here: no surprise if you get negative reviews removed.
As lawyers you should remain truthful and acknowledge that this is what happened.
You are due to respond today to my queries concerning your handling of my data.

It is correct that you gave me incorrect information and failed to provide my data for almost a decade, although you know that you made mistakes with my case and were under a duty of candour.
Now you refuse to provide information you are obliged to give me and I am also waiting to hear why you told me it takes three months to access archived emails when your provider told me it takes around a day.
You are lawyers, you are held to the highest standard of integrity.

Instead of whining about negative reviews and wasting time on getting them removed (temporarily, of course) you should rather invest your energy in dealing with legitimate queries correctly and being transparent about your errors.

I look forward to hearing from you today and can post my email to you, to detail the accuracy of my review.
