Terrible CS and zero credibility
This company is supposed to be a posh brand for gold and diamond studded jewelry owned by model Coral Simanovich. The prices are accordingly. Pretty pricy but cute designs so when they had a Black Friday sale I decided to try them out as I was looking for nice earrings with a contemporary design.
Their website mentioned free shipping to Switzerland but when I tried to checkout I kept getting an error. Reached out to their customer service- they speak terrible English! Took the representative FOREVER to understand the issue. She kept trying to ship to Swaziland even though I told her Switzerland and even sent screenshots and an emoji of the flag 😂 (it was by WhatsApp)
Finally she told me she would check and get back to me within 2 days. Only 2 weeks later she sent me a message saying they do not ship to Switzerland. Btw on their website there is still to this day a huge banner saying “free shipping to Switzerland “.. absolutely pathetic. If I’m willing to pay this kind of money for a product I expect decent service. There are absolutely no reviews online anywhere to substantiate the company - very odd. And on the website there is no information on the material, sizing or the diamonds (cut, clarity, natural or lab created..). Really amateur given the extravagant costs. They definitely lost my confidence and my business. I found other places to shop and I advise other buyers to beware.
