Nocturna Models High Quality models / No customer service
Nocturna Models is a Spanish company selling high quality resin models. They start-up various kick starter campaigns to fund and release new models and also have models designed by Luis Royo, who is a Spanish artist of which I am a huge fan. In addition, the have great miniature painters who provide the box art of their products.
The site has an information tab, where you can contact them. In addition there is a page describing their "HD cast warranty" providing info on the high detailed miniatures, quality control and what they provide when the miniature arrives defect.
You can order miniature directly on the site and it moves you to PayPal for payment. In approximately 1 to 2 weeks a mail is sent that your miniature is shipped. You are a bit in the dark when your miniature will arrive as no track and trace is provided.
I think when your miniature arrives in full, you have a great miniature to paint!
For me that was not the case, I am missing the arms of the nocturna model. My first step was to look for contact details and this is only possible via the contact form. This form gave an error, not sending the message even using different devices. So next step was using their email address. After several mails still no response. So I checked the internet and it seems more customers experience non reactivity of Nocturna Models when facing issues. In addition it seems that their website is infected with a virus and the ones reporting the issue face the same.

I rate Nocturna models a 1 star as I have a useless model. There is no way to get in contact with these people and as such they can not adhere to their "best customer service" and HD cast warranty.
Update July, i asked Paypal to communicate with the vendor as i was not able to get a response. In the end it became a claim and the money will be returned.
This means that customer service is non existent and nocturna models is unable to comply to their own policies. A pity they have great stuff.
