The worst store ever with cashier to…

The worst store ever with cashier to manager
These people are not using their mind they are stupid
I had a very bad experience today when I was shopping at Milton branch and I got pomegranate to price match
The cashier told me maximum 4 I told her ok and my friend she will get another 4
Can u imagine she refused to give my friend 4 because we are shopping together
We should trick them on the cashier and said we don’t know each other
We should lie to them so they will accept giving us more 4
Doesn’t make any sense
They are dumb and they are not using their mind
The supervisor was arguing with me and saying it’s only allowed 4 not per person but per group so if u r shopping with ur friends they will not allow each family to get 4 no they will give 4 for all of u and what is the reason because u r shopping together so it’s like punishment
Believe me if there is something with negative rate I’ll give it to them

I am a regular customer at No Frills in…

I am a regular customer at No Frills in Tilbury Ontario. My complaint is about the parking at the side of the store, there is parking along the one side and people seem to think it’s ok to park along the building and block other customers in, there is no yellow lines to park between so it’s common sense to not park there and block people in, I had a young guy block me in today and argue with me, stating I had lots of room to back out, that’s not the point, he did have me blocked in and wasn’t very nice about the situation. They need to put no parking signs up on the side of the building

My shopping experience at No Frills in…

My shopping experience at No Frills in Innisfil was very disappointing. It was my first time in the store and won’t be back again.A lot of the shelves were empty and most of the sale stuff I was looking for you had none.It was very frustrating as I had to go to another store and spend more money to get what I needed. Most people shop on the weekend and the shelves should be fully stocked.I think this is very poor management for this store .

This was my first time in the no frill…

This was my first time in the no frill store in quesnel bc, when it changed over from extra foods. I was impressed with the selection of food and merchandise.
But there was a very unfriendly cashier which made me feel with a sour taste when i left the store. Could improve in teaching young cashiers courtesy.

PETER & SUZI'S NOFRILLS MARKHAM

I would like to share a disappointing interaction I had today with a manager named Peter at this Peter & Suzys No Frills location; it appears he is also the owner / franchisee of this store location, I would recommend that you talk to your customers in a more respectful manner. I went to a few No Frills stores looking for a specific seaweed from the flyer which was out of stock everywhere so I decided to try my luck at your store.
I asked an associate and he didnt know if they had any and he found the manager named Peter whom pointed me to a different brand / small packages which is not what I was looking for. I then went back to Peter to ask if he had the specific seaweed box thats on this weeks flyer shown on my phone and instead of answering a simple no which would suffice, he in a snarky manner replied you had already asked my staff to ask me whether we had it, and I had already told him that we dont have it. Number 1, I never asked him to ask anyone else and I dont know what he asked you and what your response was; number 2, you pointed to a different brand/package of seaweed that I was not looking for; number 3, Im a customer simply looking for something on the flyer and am not here to take your rude and convoluted responses that does not address the question at hand.
I truly hope you find your passion again when you first signed up as a franchisee as its your customers that are giving you their money and supporting your local business. I echo the other reviews, the store associates are friendly and not so much the management.

No Frills Cedar Hills Disgusting

Went to the No Frills Cedar Hills Surrey and it is the dirtiest store I have ever seen. The entrance was so full of garbage blowing in the wind. The produce department floor was so dirty I slipped on the floor. I can only imagine their food handling practices. Will not go back

I bought Cast iron pan from Cedarbrae mall from No frill store
The cook ware is rusted when cooked. My food turned black. I went to exchange the Manager Jason did not even talk instead just ignored. Felt untreated , discomfort and biased.
I have payment proof but he says he needs bill.
Why we are paying digitally when then can’t track their invoices and we pay taxes.
This is against food safety and donot recommend anyone buying cookware from there.
Also the spices they put on sell was expired. Be aware of scams and donor buy from No frills

I was in the no frills in Invermere BC. There was a stack of 2 liter coke bottles but had no price. A person with a no frills jacket walked by so I asked him if he knew the price of the coke.
His answer was that he did not work for Coke and then walked away.

I was totally appalled that no frills…

I was totally appalled that no frills is not supporting local farm produce in Prince Edward County Ontario...when you bring in garlic from China and your local farmers have excellent produce that's when I realized all you care about is profit .... cantaloupe from Guatemala really... I won't be shopping there I hope other people support the local farmer as well.....

I was shopping at No Frills Division…

I was shopping at No Frills Division st. Kingston Ontario tonight 08-07-24. I only had a box of Popsicles so I went to the express line. Which clearly has signs posted 1-12items. Anyway the gentleman ringing in his groceries had over $100 dollars worth of groceries, and was reaching to grab his groceries from the cart, I thought I was being of help and passed him his oranges. Well he lost it on me and started yelling and threatened to knock me out. Now yes I shouldn't have touched his belongings, that was a mistake on my part. I'll never submit a good gesture again at no frills. Now had the cashier done her job and inform that gentleman that he needed to cash out at another till this whole situation would not have happened. Now I'm scared to shop at once was my favorite grocery store. I'm so disappointed and just don't in9w if I'll go back to that store I don't know if that gentleman will want to hurt me. I don't have faith in some of the staff there now.

Completely fed up…

Is it my imagination or has anyone else noticed that the produce at no frills Hamilton rd has gone down hill. I was shopping and the broccoli crowns were yellow, I had to tell the produce kid that he was putting out an inferior product. The next week broccoli was on sale and slimy. Went to argyle no frills and the product was fresh. What's up with that....

These grocers don't really care about the customer

They are the only grocers that don't allow carts in their self checkouts. So I stood in line and emptied my cart (frozen pizza, meats, dairy etc) on the checkout #1belt. My cashier disappeared. After a few minutes I saw her in the self checkouts. After patiently waiting for another few minutes I waved and reminded her of my frozen stuff melting .. all she said was sorry. After another few minutes I demanded to be checked out...again 'sorry'.
Eventually she did a quick checkout saying management was not in and not enough staff. She could have asked me to go to a different checkout before unloading of my cart.
This was the worst service I've gotten in my 50 years of shopping in Calgary.

There are sales product at Nadia that are aren't available all the time. The sale products will appear to there shelves after the sales date. This happens most of the time. The prices on this locations is quite high than other locations and they need proper handling of fresh meat. You could see stale meat/bad are still in display in the shelves.
