I shop no frills, but I’m troubled by the sale of American produce that is so contaminated by pesticides that there is a class action lawsuit pending in the states. Driscolls strawberries and blue... See more

Gawd awful attitude from Patty cashier…
Gawd awful attitude from Patty cashier at Tom&Michelles. Always a smile and a laugh for my husband and every man she faces, (while I wait outside for him and observe from afar). Every woman gets a dirty look with terrible attitude. Scowl, frown and nasty whenever I am in front of her. I since always avoid her line. Too bad she the only one on return cash yesterday. Had to return a 10lb bag of potatoes (that I only noticed smelled like dead rotting animal once I got home). Only to have to endure a lecture about how I should 'always smell the bag before you buy it', and another scowl and frown/complaint from her. Yes I know Patty. It's my fault. How about NOT selling ROTTEN produce in the first place? Not the first time I had to return Rotten food to this NF's.

Well I bought some apples that were priced at 1.49lb but I was charged 2.49lb instead when I mentioned the cashier said when I put the code I get this price I said that I understand but I like this to be corrected and then she was super rude said you have to wait until someone get to help you I am going for lunch.
I couldn't believe she just leave me there waiting for other cashier to help me. This happened at nofrills at Coxwell Ave. It isn't the first time this cashier is rude to me.

Terrible customer service at Andrew & Shelley's No Frills located at Dufferin Mall. Customer service is extremely important and should be a priority. Staff need to be coached in this area. Prices are not as good as they once were but that is true at every grocery store with this crazy inflation. Would not recommend this location.

One of the worst (based on service) nofrills located at kennedy & Eglinton i ever seen. Recently they have reduce their cashier almost in a single desk even in bussy time. Owner dosent care i guess.
Farzin's NOFRILLS Brampton
Farzin's NOFRILLS Brampton, 345 Main St N, Brampton, ON L6X 1N6
I don’t know how come this grocery store hires to disrespectful persons as supervisor. Very rude, zero educated. I guess workers like those are responsible of losing customers.
The checkout area's supervisor
The checkout area's supervisor, a woman, displayed a high level of rudeness. When my friend and I made our purchases with a limit per family, she removed items directly from my bags. Despite my explanation that we were not a family and intended to pay separately, she still took the items away. This incident reflects extremely poor customer service on the part of a supervisor.
Usual Long Queues in afternoon and evening time with less cashiers
My review is about No Frills and the employee there. They really always have hard time in the afternoon and evening time because of long queues. Even though I was totally upset, I was impressed by the employee's kindness. The cashier was so professional in her job which makes me write this review.
Hope to really consider people's time, and don't forget to satisfy your employee.
Hope all the best for her and her colleagues 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞.
Note: No need to self Check out because this will lead to no job opportunities for young.
Need to more employees in specific areas

Hidden Prices No Price Compare
The parent company has changed the pricing labels, to a very small, barcoding system. A vast majority of products no longer have prices reflected; and those that do are extremely difficult to see. Hence one cannot price compare!! Staff struggle to know the price of items, aswell. It's been noted, that the company ensures, "in-store sales" are labelled & legible, pushing their profit margin, above their loyal customers! My family has used many of the chains, covered under this company's ownership. But we will be using other providers instead. We have also considered the Ontario Business Bureau. This issue was at No Frills, Superstore and Shoppers Drug Mart!
This is my 1st ever good or bad review…
This is my 1st ever good or bad review ever for any product.. I simply discard poor reviews because I feel it may be personal or awareness of 2 sides of any story..
This is so Fraudulent I must speak up and SHOP ELSEWERE.
MY PEAVE..
Every 2 weeks I buy a loaf of bread at the Hastings location, the sign always says $7.99 from the time I first noticed May 15th-July17th today. FIRST time I noticed the bread was rung in at $8.49 I pointed out to the cashier, she did a price check and I then got it for $7.99...she said checkout price will be changed..
2 WEEKS LATER, I was rung in at $8.49 again (same bread always, same price stated) adjusted to $7.99 after a price check, I added that I had this same thing happen 2 weeks ago, she apologised and said it was fixed now..
2 WEEKS AFTER THAT, I was rung in again for $8.49, and casher adjusted to $7.99, I asked to speak to the manager as I thought maybe it needed better attention after 3 times Over Charged Same Item, the manager said this was a error for sure and thanks for pointing it out, very sorry and that it is now changed..
TODAY (another 2 weeks) I was rung in AGAIN at $8.49 and adjusted to $7.99 I asked to see the manager again, different manager, this time told me that the flyers often reflect the value the store promotes and incorrectly I may have been over charged.. I asked for a moment to write this down and he quickly confest he was not the "real" manager altho he first introduced himself as one.. after a very long text he sent someone, another "manager" (later told me he was just the meat dept. manager) appeared and told me the price had changed but they "forgot to change the sign" but if so,, why still charge me $7.99 (?) (if the price had changed for real I should pay $8.49 (?)) with a new explanation + not all three excuses work together.
I haven't lost out on anything, but the worry that over the months how many get over charged without noticing and this is hopefully a isolated instance but SCAM works in No Frills benefit if it's over looked, there appears no incentive for them to make the price adjustment..
Conclusion,, some things never change
I now will shop elsewhere.. *0605690****
This complaint is about no-frills in…Sarnia, ON on Indian Road
This complaint is about no-frills in Sarnia Ontario on Indian Road. There is a woman that works there in the Xpress checkout that needs an etiquette lesson. This employee is so rude and disrespectful to the unfortunate customers that choose her checkout. She shouldn’t be working out front. Every time I go in there, I’ve had a problem with her. She acts like I’m bothering her. She was disrespectful to an old man there one day when I was shopping. He said he thinks his bag of milk is leaking. She says, No it’s ok. I said no it is leaking. I can see the milk running out on to the belt. I asked her to please clean it off the belt. Holy crap you should have seen her face! She looked at me like I had no right to ask her to clean up the mess. It was getting all over my groceries! She also told the old man to go get another bag of milk himself! She should’ve had another employee get one for him. The cashier next to us finally asked for someone to get the milk. Looks real bad on you no frills in Sarnia. Shame, Shame, Shame
Understocked
Never have what's on sale. Sometimes you can price match at another store, which i have to do often.

Today is march 27 wanted to buy snow peas they have feb 25 march 11 and march 18 un acceptable they should be fined someone isnt doing there job they should be looking at the expiring dates very dissappointed
No Frills does not honour its listed…
No Frills does not honour its listed online prices. The flyer clearly shows the price of Schneider's Hickory Smoked Bacon (sale @3.44/each -reg. price @ $7.99/each) and its expiry date (03.22) and when I attempted to order several items, the price mysteriously jumps to the full price. I called PC Express customer service only to be told they have no power to change the full price to the advertised price. It left me wondering why would anyone trust any of their online sale prices when it is all a big scam. Calling Consumer Protection Ontario is a complete waste of time and resources.
Conclusion: Don't waste your time on any PC Express products as the price may be just a figment of your imagination. How pathetic of a retailer.
One of the worst grocery stores I've…
One of the worst grocery stores I've ever had to use. The nearest nofrills at st Clair and Victoria park Ave in Toronto have been empty for weeks on end because they tell customers they don't sell to vendors then let vendors come in and clean off the shelves and just order more for what seems to be weeks on end. After complaining they decided to ban me from the store and then head office did absolutely nothing. I've tried over and over to get the shelves filled so normal shoppers can shop and all you get is attitude from the workers saying "we don't sell to vendors" assuming because I asked I'm a vendor....very intelligent people and very ignorant workers and management can't assume responsibility and for over a yr now nothing has been done or changed no matter the complaints to head office. We stopped using Loblaws all together now. Never will ever again cause head office doesn't care about it's 20 yr + clients.
If i can give 0 star
If i can give 0 star, I will. The store at burnhamthorpe / Erin Mills Parkway always seems to find a way to disappoint. They will advertise $5.99 one tray egg. And when you get there. Out of freaking stock!!! This store is garbage!!!
I'm extremely frustrated
I'm extremely frustrated, their aisles & search engine are frequently useless. I don't want to go all the way to the store unless I know that a product is currently in stock! I called but that was also useless because they don't want to answer questions about if a product is in stock or not? I like their store & usually go there weekly but I may stop.
Also since I'm already reviewing them their (Francos) Handicapped spots are often too far away, especially if you're a walking challenged person especially during the winter & while getting the groceries to the car.
I really hope that they'll read the reviews & more importantly act on some of the ongoing problems.
February 2nd big price increases
February 2nd and yup! Prices on no name products have increased. No name vegetables small bag, up by .49 cents . No name chicken broth up by .30 cents. How can you advertise you have the lowest prices really? Costco seems to be my go to grocery store now. Even though I am a single person household they have far better prices. Fed up with the entire Loblaw brand.
Bad to worst. This store at warden and 7 just keeps…
This store at warden and 7 just keeps getting worse and worst! Prices are now higher than most others with shopping carts that are badly in need of repair along with very poor quality. Was unable to get my loonie back from this shopping cart today and the wheeles were so loud. Not the first time.
