Just do not know what to do. Nokia still will not help me.
Nokia is still totally ignoring my request for help, i have never known this in my life, it is beyond words. I have been forced to go and buy a Samsung S10 and how i wish i had bought a different make in the beginning. For a company like Nokia to treat customers with what i can only say it total contempt. After i wrote my last review Nokia did actually contact me. asking me the make model etc, and could i go into settings, this is a phone that will not even boot, unbelievable. I answered what i could, and yes yet again it was the last i heard from them, again they are ignoring to requests for help. I would urge anyone to think very carefully before buying Nokia. This new Nokia is name only, it is not the one we could all trust, and rely on to provide a service. I just wish i had an answer as to why they are treating customers as they are, do they no want to sell phones. Please Nokia if you have any respect at all for your customer contact me.
