After looking into your order, the brushes were purchased on 2nd February and shipped shortly after. Unfortunately, the parcel was returned to us by the courier due to unpaid customs charges, which meant it was unable to be delivered.
As soon as we were notified that the parcel had been returned, we processed a full refund on 5th March.
We're really sorry the order didn’t reach you as planned, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be. If you would still like the brushes, please feel free to contact our support team and we’d be happy to help place a new order for you.

No Knot Co offers a mix of great and not-so-great products. While their detangling brush and comb work excellently, some items like the scalp brush can miss the mark for certain users. Also, issues like mismatched colours or customs fees can dampen the experience. It's fair value, but not without its flaws.

I really love the product
I really love the product. I have provided feedback via email regarding customs.
I feel like this should be flagged on the website as I believe you can obtain from the carrier which countries in the EU will need to pay customs.
I landed up 37 euros (including shipping) for a 17euro product.
I would have shipped it to my daughter in UK and collect on visiting or they bring it over when visiting.
Other than that everything was five star.

Hi Alexsandra, I’m sorry you’ve left us 1 star, but we do not control customs charges. These are charged by the government and differs per country. We’re a small business and still making our way into more retailers internationally to make accessing our brushes easier. We do have note on our website which explains if ordering outside the UK, customs will be charged by your government.
