Best travel bag ever! The wheels roll so effortlessly despite the weight it carries. It fits perfectly into the overhead bin as well.

I consider myself a road warrior and I travel a lot domestically and internationally. I own several backpacks from Nomatic and have gifted some to many of my friends. Their customer service is exemplary and their products top quality.

A few of my partners recommended and own a Nomatic. This is my first purchase of a Nomatic Travel Pack and I absolutely love it. I need a versatile bag for my job and this definitely fits the bill. The first day I used it the "waterproof" capabilities were put to the test. I've always used Burton bags but this pack is my new favorite.

There were some shipping issues that occurred due to international shipping and manufacturing delays but the customer support team went out of their way to first resend and shipment and then when that bounced back again, they refunded the order. They were super understanding and accommodated due to the delays manufacturing and cross border shipping caused.

Be far one of the best customer support I've ever dealt with. Super responsive and accommodating, even when I gave them the wrong address by mistake.

As we all know, somebody is most likely to leave a review if they're super happy or super mad with a company. This is a happy one.

I bought a 40L travel bag back in April 2017 from Indiegogo and it was, thankfully, fulfilled and delivered as promised. It's now the end of 2021 and I've had my first issue with the bag (more on that in a bit). I travel frequently for work (often 2-3 round trip domestic flights per month) and this bag has been my faithful companion. Love the layout, the pockets, the amount of space. Some clever packing tricks will allow you to pack a week's worth of clothes, toiletries, headphones, laptop, chargers and cables, travel documents, sunglasses, keys, etc, all in a carry-on sized bag. When fully packed it doesn't stow under the airline seats very well but it will definitely fit in the overhead bins, even on smaller planes like American Eagle and others.

The main reason I'm leaving this review is because the issue I had was with the outer pocket zippers popping off due to a broken zipper tooth. Contacted Nomatic and they said it has a lifetime warranty. Tried to fill out the claim form but didn't have my original purchase information. They looked it up and sent it to me. Assuming all goes well with the rest of the claim and repair/replacement, I have to say that the speed and high level of customer support is praise-worthy. I don't even get this high level of support as a Hilton Diamond member.

Most people don't travel as often as I do so I'd say the chances of breaking one of their bags for you is much lower than it was for me. Hopefully you never need to utilize the customer support service, but I'm happy to report that if you do, you'll be pleased with the outcome.

Zipper Issues Resolved with Bag Replacements
Nomatic travel pack was gift from spouse to help with my 30% of time on international work travel. I live the concept, features, and functionality of the Nomatic Travel Pak. Although I have had the zipper stitching come apart on my on two previous bags, each time they honored their lifetime warranty and provided replacement bag within a couple of weeks. The commitment to customers and travelers is greatly appreciated.

Bottom line: These guys are great! Both product and service! I travel a lot. Maybe 100 days a year so my travel gear is important to me. I've got their travel backpack and it's really well designed and super sturdy. I was in the middle of a month long trip once and had a minor issue. They responded right away and really backed up their product. Great people!

I've owned a Nomatic backpack for 4 years, use it every day, and love it! I'm a pretty chill dude but was surprised by how much stress was in my life before I got a Nomatic backpack. Before Nomatic, whenever I needed to pack stuff up it would never quite fit easily (medium/long trips). I guess I just accepted a baseline of anxiety that suddenly went away with the Nomatic backpack. In so many situations too. It's a life thing. Not a trip thing.

I originally got one of their super older products that lasted me 3 years until one of the smaller zippers broke (keep reading). The other main zippers would have lasted another 10 years. I reached out and filed a warranty claim and they sent me a new one that happened to be the revised upgraded version with all YKK zippers. They fixed this issue years ago. They didn't have to send me the better backpack and the warranty gave them rights not to, but they stand behind their products. I'm so glad that they've been able to scale up their company and still maintain the vision of what made them.

Great people. Honest company. I'll probably be using their products 50 years from now.

My experience with Nomatic has always been a great one! I have the Peter McKinnon and Nomatic Travel Camera Lineup and I am very excited to be receiving their Everyday Camera Lineup because I am a Kickstarter Backer. Nomatic is a great company and hopefully I could work with them and launch my own set of suitcases or something.

i've been using a nomatic messenger bag for over 3 years now, and i must say hands down it is the best bag for my everyday business use and carrying around my laptop I've used period

i had a couple of issues with a broken zipper which the nomatic team quickly jumped on and help resolve through their lifetime warranty straight away by sending me a whole new bag, i am absolutely amazed and so grateful, thank you nomatic :D

I ordered the Travel Pack. The website claimed that the order is processed in one business day. My credit card was charged immediately. More than a week has passed and I still have not received any shipment update. My last three e mails to Customer Service have not even been answered as I asked Nomatic to cancel my order and issue an immediate refund. From my experience I am inclined to say that the company is involved in fraudulent business practices where they grab your money and then disappear.

The nomatic customer service team is amazing and very responsive. They are quick to answer any questions and the live feature is great. Specifically Cam B was of great assistance with my inquires and I appreciate it very much. It goes without saying that their product quality also matches their great customer service quality.

This bag is everything I wanted in a travel bag. Great storage and compartments keep everything organized. Superb quality. Worth the wait.

I ordered the Travel backpack for my son...and now my husband wants one and so do I!
The quality and profile of this Travel backpack is awesome. The material is very soft and the space inside for the laptop and other electronics, is excellent. Lets not forget the glasses case.
I was impressed with all the details of this item. Also, it arrived well protected in the box. I see two more backpacks in our future...love Nomatic

I have loved Nomatic products since their Kickstarter program!
I have purchased so many of their products and I always keep my eyes open for more. Their products are well designed and always of high quality. I have never had any issues with customer service or a lack in product satisfaction.
I have their everyday backpack, their 40L bag, Rolling carry on luggage, their tech case, and the more I travel, the more I want! Their elegant sleek design is fantastic, and it never ceases to catch eyes when out and about using their products!
