Purchased a phone through Nona on Swappa. Reasonably priced, received order in 2 days and phone was as described with Lucas throwing in a free charger. I agree that they didn't respond to emails requesting expidited shipping, but I received my phone in 2 days anyway.

Caution to Potential Buyers:

I purchased an iPhone 14 that was advertised as a Verizon device, only to discover upon contacting Verizon that the SIM was locked/restricted and would not be unlocked under any circumstances. When I reached out to the seller, she insisted that the phone was sold as a Verizon device—technically true, but functionally misleading, as it is unusable on the Verizon network.

While the seller claims to operate with transparency, this experience felt more like a deliberate scam. Fortunately, my credit card issuer refunded the $330 I spent; otherwise, I would have absorbed the loss entirely.

The seller did offer a return, but with a 15% restocking fee—meaning she would keep approximately $50 per transaction. This effectively allows her to profit from reselling a non-functional device repeatedly.

Buyers, be cautious.

If the initial response I received had demonstrated the same level of professionalism as your response to my review, we might not be in this position. When I first reached out for assistance upon discovering that the device was unusable, the response lacked candor and fell short of what I would expect from a customer-focused organization. It's clear now that you've taken the time to follow up on my reviews across platforms such as Trustpilot, Yelp, Google, and Swappa in an effort to present a more service-oriented image. However, the tone and content of the original response were telling--and not easily overlooked.

The phone arrived quickly and was in great shape. The hand-written note was a nice touch.

They refuse to answer my emails regarding a successful transaction that was never completed. They took my money but never shipped the phone. My Swappa account was also deleted without explanation. Had to dispute with my bank. Terrible experience.

This store sold products to several people as if it were mentoring to create a shared purchase of devices at auction with the promise of profitability, when in fact it sold its own phones at a cost price that was impossible to sell within the Swappa platform. This store is defrauding many people across the United States!

Phone said it was mint condition and it was. No scratches, dents, dings, nothing. Battery was at 99% and the phone works fine. Cannot complain, I got what I paid for and what was advertised

I ordered an iPhone SE. It was described as being in mint condition. If I had to guess for myself, I would have described it as being in brand new condition. I am very happy with this seller and will advise my friends to check out Nona's website. I am also impressed that they included a hand written note thanking me for my order. It has 100% Battery health , is unlocked, and in Mint condition as described in the listing at Swappa. Phone functions perfectly. I’m a happy buyer & would do so again. Thanks.
