I received two pairs of toe post sandals and one sandal had quite a bad and noticeable fault. The actual toe post was sticking through the leather on top of the foot, I sent them photos but their response was that they had checked with the warehouse and there wasn't a problem with the sandal, in fact calling me a liar even though I had sent them photographic evidence of the fault. On the website they offer 30 day refund if not happy with the product, returning them wasn't mentioned and I'm not sure how much the postage would have cost anyway and I wouldn't trust them to reimburse my account, sandals are very poor quality on close inspection, would not recommend buying from them, I feel as if I've been well and truly scammed!

Hi don't buy from these total scam they sent me wrong size and won't take responsibility. There warehouse apparently are in China and will cost me pounds to send back ,a waste of 30.00 as I can't wear them all they have offered is 7.00 refund total scammers

1 week post last review, contacted customer service again and still no sign of slippers, no acknowledgement of where they are and no refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Totally crap company. Taken my money but not delivered the goods 🤬

Under English law a company needs to put its full name and address on its website, not so these US businesses even though they are advertising to us and pricing in £ Sterling.
How can we be sure who we are dealing with? What if the product is rubbish and yes I have experience of receiving an inferior product only to find the website disappeared. Need to do more for consumer protection
