Their customer services is terrible. I have been chasing an order placed on the 9th Jan. It’s yet to arrive. I have emailed them 3 times and no one is responding
I checked their website website today and it states they are now closed! After taking my money

I was interested in the idea so I ordered 2 bottles of the unscented Bare.
Disaster for me. On trying it out I found that it’s actually very strong smelling. There are no essential oils in it. but something else that smelt perfumed to me.

This is serious for me as I have asthma and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. It caused me hours of pain.
I couldn’t get it off my hands even with alcohol. Nor off the surface I sprayed. It lasted 12 hours on zinc despite using Dettol surface cleaner on it several times.

I’m shocked that such a strong smelling chemical cleaner could be marketed as it has been.
I think it’s dangerous as it could affect an asthmatic very seriously. As it has me.

I have now been offered a refund by the distributor which I’m glad about as it isn’t a cheap product. They described the smell as “soapy”. I found it much stronger than that suggests and not a natural smell.

A real fresh scent - I went with lemon. Very natural, non-invasive. Blends in well. My cat doesn't seem to mind it. I am very pleased with it and will absolutely be re-ordering.

I received a rapid personal and accurate response to an email query I made regarding stock levels. The issue was resolved quickly and my subsequent order arrived very rapidly.
The pro-biotic cleaner is a lovely product to use. It is both effective and truly sustainable with a true closed loop.

at last I have found a perfume free carpet shampoo, have searched the shops and internet for ages, haven't had chance to use it yet but I'm sure it will be more than perfect

This is a great product, I’m sometimes sceptical when a product it multi purpose for all surfaces but this really it. I’ve cleaned the oven the kitchen, bathroom and mirrors and all perfect, the mirrors were completely smear free!! I thought I might have to let things “soak” a bit as it’s probiotic but it breaks down even stubborn grime immediately! I really do only need this one product it my cleaning cupboard!

nookary products and customer service are really impressive. A company that seems to bend over backwards to help you make easy, eco-friendly changes in the home with products that really work. I've subscribed now having tested 3 products already and will be making further eco-swaps as the months go by. More affordable changes with good quality products from nookary will help us become more eco-friendly as a home, and it also makes me feel good too making these changes for a better planet.

I am loving the probiotic general cleaner. Lovely glass bottle and the scent of Lemon is beautifully fresh. Best of all the product is an excellent. I’ve probably used half the bottle already as I’m using it to clean everything, kitchen, bathroom and to replace furniture polish! 😁

This is my new favourite brand! The shipping was super speedy, the hand written note included is such a wonderful touch that makes this brand super giftable. The brand is incredibly stylish and the scents… oh my. The English Garden BLEW MY MIND. This one will be in my collection for life now. Jacqueline is so lovely and helpful in regards to queries.

Only one thing I’d suggest, is bottle stickers so you can reuse your bottles at home whilst you save enough pennies to purchase Nookarys. They do come with “bottle labels” (if you choose that option), but I find these a little fiddly when using.

Still 5* though! All these reviews can’t be wrong!

Very nice products, sustainable and thoughtful about ways to cut down on waste. Lovely natural fragrances to them too. The refills I ordered arrived on time and were beautifully packaged.

I tried the all purpose cleaner starter kit, which I absolutely love. I am very happy to be introduced to this company and it's products which are eco friendly, smell lovely, and also clean my appliances and remove limescale. The reusable spray bottle is such good quality too!

Instead of buying multiple products, I now plan on sticking to this 1 product. I would highly recommend!

Have been using the probiotic cleaning product for a few months now and have been delighted with it. I have just started using the upholstery and carpet cleaner in that range. Excellent. I have a rather smelly poor old dog and this product manages not only to clean any marks but deals with the odors as well. I also spilt a whole cup of tea on a white sofa! I used the product as a pre-treatment before putting it in the washing machine and there was not a mark left afterwards.

This is a lovely little company to buy from. The web site is very easy to use, orders are delivered very efficiently and the products have been brilliant. Great fan of their probiotic cleaning range which I highly recommend. Good Ecco credentials.

I tried the English Garden all purpose cleaner and was very pleased with the results.
It worked well on the windows where the dogs had left smears on the windows, the all purpose cleaner left the glass looking clear.
Brilliant around the kitchen too, leaving a lovely perfume.

I purchased the all purpose cleaner in Tranquility and the upholstery cleaner in English Garden. I rarely do reviews but felt it was worth taking 2 minutes to do so. What do I think. Cleaning ability 5 stars, smell wonderful and natural, packaging - very stylish. Would definitely recommend and will re buy.

Used the 'all purpose cleaner' and it does what it says! Cleaned a heavily marked and greasy hob, windows and mirrors without smearing and removed some of the limescale marks that have built up on my shower doors over the years even though they have been cleaned weekly using a branded product to remove limescale. I used to have a cupboard full of products and chemicals now it contains a bottle and a refil and very little else

Great brand with fantastic morals and ethics. Product arrived quickly and I would recommend the probiotic cleaner. Great for ecofriendly choices

I have used nookary a number of times and love their products. I have used their oral products which are brilliant, the shampoo/conditioner bar and eco egg. Delivery is always quick and making regular orders is super easy. Would definitely recommend.

I made a silly mistake in my ordering, and the lovely nookary people worked it out without me even asking them, and refunded my delivery charge even though it was my mistake. That's customer service!

I ordered some wax wraps from Nookary, very quick delivery and exactly what I was looking for. I have since ordered dishwasher tablets, hand wash [which smells beautiful] and the toilet roll. All eco friendly products. Definitely recommended.
