Worst insurance company in UAE

Worst insurance company in UAE, not worth to put 1 star. Simple car rental reimbursement is taking ages to settle. It took more than 5-6 calls to get the settlement forms. Then When I passed the settlement forms other required documents, person who replied to me told that I will get the settlement withing 7-10 days time Jan 13th. I wrote to him several time after 10 days, He didn't even reply now. So I called to hotline on 30th Jan(Today). Now they are telling settlement team never start the process and It will take another 7-10 days time to get the settlement. Basically this company sucks. I will update further on this.
