Beware!! I placed an order for my company and once I paid, they never sent the order confirmation, invoice and can't talk to the sales lady who was in charge of my order.
I tried to call her every single day since I paid and the line is always off, I sent emails, she never answered me back, I contacted with the customer support via chat and they never gave me an answer.

So after debating ordering from Nordic nest after reading mixed reviews on here …I’d longed for a certain pink pan for some time …and bit the bullet !

Bathroom set
We ordered a bathroom set (brush, bin, soap dispenser and a wisser), it's not cheap but the quality and design are really great! Unfortunately the mechanism of the bin broke after a few weeks, after reaching out to the customer service they replied prompt and replaced it without any hesitation or costs.

If you live in UK AVOID
So I ordered two items from Nordic Nest. The first arrived and wasn't suitable. So I rang customer service to arrange a return. What wasn't very clear during the buying process was that UK customers had to pay for returns. BAD.
I refused delivery of the second item from the same range. And was then charged a return fee. Which they agreed to credit back to me.
2 items returned. 2 months and still waiting for a refund. 36 emails about this. 36 emails and still no refund.
The latest email advised me to contact Klarna directly about the refund. My contract was with Nordic Nest not Klarna.
An absolute shambles. Avoid.
Update: 10 April 2024.

Surprisingly still not resolved. I'm stuck between yourselves and Klarna and neither seems to be able to help.

Great source of well priced Scandi goods for UK customers
We ordered several hundred pounds of light fittings from Nordic Nest as their prices were so much better than the other vendors selling the same products. It was only after the order was placed that I realised the pendant lights were coming from Sweden and not the UK. I have had some recent bad experiences of delayed delivery and extra custom charges when buying from the EU so thought I had made a big mistake. I hadn't - as their website states their prices are all inclusive and delivery was swift and well tracked via DPD. Because of the amount we spent delivery was actually free. One light was not in stock but it followed on fairly quickly and the Nordic Nest support team were always really responsive on their website chat function. A great experience all round and we shall be returning for more Scandi goodies soon...there is a nice rug I have my eyes on!

Absolutely best service I received
Absolutely best service I received. I ordered a quite expensive pan and it was a small defect on it. I wrote to support and asked them if they can change the item because I really loved that pan. They answered me in few days that my new pan is already sent to me and I don’t need to send old one back due to environmental reasons. Very smooth and polite service. Terrible customer service! I ordered a lamp with this company B2B transferred 530 euros to their bank account and they not reply to my emails nor send me my lamp or a tracking code.
UPDATE: company person has sent a link and apparently the lamp is on its way. I will update this review as soon as i get it.
