Your company delivered my Oltermanni (Finnish) cheese appropriately, although because of the existing tariffs climate, it was very expensive. It was worth it to me, though. The product was just like I purchased it in Finland while I was there -- a taste of Finland delivered to New York!!

Christmas dinner assured
Honestly, without Nordic Temptations, our family wouldn’t be able to have our beloved traditional Swedish Christmas dinner.
I ordered early to make sure to get everything I needed. Delivery was flawless and on time.
Only negative, one small article missing and I would have loved to have some instructions I how to heat/ cook the Jansons Frestelse.

All products first come from their country of manufacture (in your case Finland) to southern France, from where they are sent to the customer, i.e. you, in Sweden. Everything was fine until I was given a notice the day of that I was supposed to receive my package from Nordic that I had to pay an extra $50 shipping that should’ve been at the beginning. There should not have been a surprise of that large amount.

Just to clarify: this extra charge was not an additional shipping fee, but a U.S. import duty determined by U.S. Customs. These charges are collected by the U.S. authorities upon arrival of goods from abroad, and unfortunately we have no influence over them. They are not set—or received—by us.
