You probably hadn't noticed in the information regarding deliveries that packages containing refrigerated products are only sent from the beginning of the week until Wednesday. This is because the package would not accidentally be left along the way for the weekend. Your order was placed on Wednesday afternoon and the DHL driver collects the parcels about 13:00 every day. But as it was sent our following working day Tuesday, your Kalles kaviar arrived refrigerated and in good condition the next day.
