Excellent communication from Steve re erection date. Craig, Craig and Nathan arrived when scheduled but unfortunately my base wasn’t level enough so had to reschedule another visit.
They dropped off the shed and came back 3 wks later to install a base and my shed.
Great lads did a fantastic job and very happy with their workmanship and of course my shed.
Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service from Steve when preparing the order and notifying delivery.
On the day of the build Craig and Nathan were really helpful, friendly and super efficient.

Fantastic communication from start to finish by Steve, who answered all my questions prior to ordering my summerhouse. Steve contacted me to let me know when the summerhouse base would be delivered (as I wanted to add insulation) and then the date for installation.
The summerhouse was quickly installed by Craig, Craig and Nathan - who were all very professional and hard working. They have done a fantastic job installing the summerhouse and can't believe they managed to install it in about 2 hours.
I would recommend this company for anyone who wants a lovely and well built summerhouse. Thank you

Wish more companies were like this one. Customer service and reliability at its best. Kept me informed about what they were doing and when they were coming. Turned up on time and did the job with the minimum of fuss. Even turned up twice to erect because the first time the builder had not put the base in level. No fuss or drama just rescheduled when next in area all with a smile and friendliness. Big thank you to the two Craigs and Nathan for the professionalism and workmanship. Quality of these sheds is really good.

This has been a pleasure of an experience dealing with Nordic Timber buildings, from the order, confirmation of delivery, confirmation the week previous of the time.of delivery, tge guy team arriving early erecting amd leaving our garden very clean and Tidy. Craig and Nathan delivered and built our new summer house this morning. Nordic timber buildings are the bee's knees. Quality buildings built with thick wood that will last. Built in no time, the team are a fantastic bunch of lads. Couldn't be happier!!!

The shed is amazing quality!!! Luke and Chris turned up on time and cracked on putting it together. Efficient and polite, they left the place tidy and explained everything well. The shed is perfect, incredibly well made and feels very sturdy. Highly recommend!

Luke and his mate arrived on time (7:30 am) having just travelled down from Wolverhampton. They were both very helpful and did a careful job erecting the shed and working around practical issues that came up. They wers also helpful in giving advice for maintenance. Very pleased with the quality of the shed and overall service.

I had a 8 x 6 pent shed from this company. It was slightly more expensive than some, however it was more than worth the extra money. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery as they are busy, again worth the wait. The installers Chris & Luke were great, they were on time and care about the quality of their work. Would highly recommend this company.

Ordered a shed from nordic timbers from the very first phone call to delivery they where brilliant , they delivered exactly as they promised the two Craig's and Nathan where brilliant quickly got the shed erected so polite and very friendly can't fault the service fantastic company .

Really great quality garden building build at the school that I work at. The free fitting service was ace with Luke and Chris! Their build quality and professionalism was second to none. I will be using these guys again and would recommend them without doubt.

Brilliant from start to finish.
I don’t think you can beat the price for the quality; solid framing and thick cladding, floor and roof nice and thick too. I opted for loglap cladding which looks great. This will last me a lifetime and that is what I wanted. Course you can find cheaper but they’re flimsy and you’d have to replace it anyway.
Steve was a great help during the sale, and helped me with a design for a timber base for the shed to live on.

Chris and Luke on delivery/build day were fantastic, gave a me call an hour before arrival, top blokes I can’t fault at all, they had the shed up and ready to use in no time with no mess left behind, literally couldn't ask for more.

100% recommend to anybody who’s after a good quality garden building.

Chris and Luke arrived early this morning with my new shed. Fast, effective and friendly with the job done in a quarter of the time it would take me.

Early days but the product looks solid, thanks.

The ordering process was very simple and help was at hand when I needed to make a couple of last minute changes.
Delivery was prompt and the installation team of Craig, Craig and Nathan were excellent.
