I was let down by another supplier and needed to get some hard-to-find adhesive on a next day (Saturday) delivery. Found this place had some stock – delivery cost less, order arrived on time without any issues and item was well packaged.

I ordered from them tile trims 130 pounds including next day delivery . They said item been delivered ,but they know only that , and time . No signature or who get delivery . No note been left item is with one of the neighbours . When I call them they said I should knock every neighbour and ask , in building where is 50 flats . Now they act like - your item been delivered and end of story . I can’t get my money back from them .

I placed an online order and they cancelled my order the next day saying they did not have stock. I found the same items still available to order on their website so I got a friend to place the order and it arrived in two days.

They pick and choose their customers. They decide what they want to deliver and when and are dishonest and arrogant.

I am not from here and I used a credit card issued in another country. When they cancelled my order and refunded it, I lost money in bank exchange rates and charges. I also lost time ordering and reordering and waiting for the items to finish the work.

Excellent.
Items really well packaged, fast delivery. Our returns were dealt with efficiently and without quibble.

It is not often that I feel a company is worthy of the all rounder of a 5 star, but when they go above and beyond then they deserve that recognition.

An issue that I had bought on by myself and they helped me resolve it, along with the co-operation of the manufacturers they both got me out of trouble and saved me some great expense.
