I had to have a root canal treatment and was afraid from previous dental surgeries experiences I had and was looking for a new dentist but at north city dental the staff are so lovely and Dr Piermichele Made me feel comfortable and was very gentle and reassured me the whole time. I didn’t feel any pain during the treatment and I am very happy with my experience and result at north city dental.

If your looking for a dentist and want to feel comfortable and get the best level of care then I highly recommend this dental surgery.

I contacted North City Dental 10 days before Christmas , as a non customer of theirs’ previously with a “loose” wisdom tooth I was asked to come in immediately . Within 4 hours of the first contact , I was 1 wisdom tooth less thanks to Ciara and her team . As a consequence of their professionalism and patience I will be back in 2026 . Many thanks much appreciated .

Been going here for years, had issues with top front teeth for years before this, and Ciara and team always went out of their way to keep them going, really grateful for that, eventually it came to time to get composites done, which they do there by a great team, brilliant option to have onsite.
Easy, convenient, and a great price. Great confidence boost. Super dental service, they really help and really care.

April 25th, 2023 - A shocking experience following a telephone call back by me to inquire about a GMS approval for a Denture fitting, now two months past, since the application. Two former staff members, a front desk receptionist, and a nurse technician were previously very welcoming and helpful, now gone, as was a partner member, Dr. Pier Michèle who treated me professionally and excellently on previous occasions.
However, my recent experience has left me in utter shock and bewilderment. During a phone conversation and inquiry with the new front desk receptionist (Amanda), the senior partner, Dr. Ciara Carroll interrupted the call and butted into the conversation telling me that I was rude, not to call the clinic anymore, and that I had been removed from their patient list, she then hung up abruptly.
Later, Ms Carroll emailed me stating that I had made disgusting and abusive remarks directed towards staff which would not be tolerated. All mysteriously TOTALLY UNTRUE and FABRICATED I hasten to add. She also went on to say that she has made a formal complaint against me to the HSE.
My assumption is her purpose was to intimidate me to make up for her poor public relations skills, inadequate communication procedures, and lack of professionalism. These people have wasted 2/3 months of my time when I could have availed of alternative dental treatment elsewhere. When I complained about Ms. Carroll's manner by email she replied with threats of legal action. I fear this matter is not over, and I intend to pursue the matter through the appropriate channels.
