We were very happy with the work carried out by NERC. They replaced our curved lead bay window roof, replaced the lead lining of our stone box gutter, replaced the cast iron gutter on the bay and downpipe with plastic, and carried out other gutter repairs. All of the work was completed to a very high standard but we were particularly happy with the work on the bay window as it was difficult to find someone who could do this work to the standard we wanted/retaining the original features. They provided competitive quotes for the work and were reliable and helpful. Couldn't recommend them enough.

It has been so good to deal with a reputable company that I have had complete confidence in, from the initial meeting with Scott and all the support we had following our various leaks and emergency repairs trying to keep it watertight up to the roof renewal, we would without hesitation recommend you!
Nothing was too much trouble and Gemma, the office manager kept us up to date and responded quickly to any queries via phone and email.
The roof has had a thorough test in gale force winds and torrential rain so we know it’s watertight and backed up with a warranty by the NFRC roofing scheme.
Please pass on our sincere thanks to Stephen & Nathaniel for their fantastic work and perseverance in all weathers throughout January. Roll on Spring for you guys!

The gentlemen who came was very helpful and explained everything.
Had contacted three companies only two came out and this was the only quote I received so accepted it.
I got work done quicker than expected due to a job being delayed.
The two lads were polite and did a good job.

We recently had an excellent experience with NERC who carried out a part roof replacement on our 1930’s bungalow. The service we received from start to finish was very professional and timely including communications with the office staff, site visit by Ian and the work carried out by Lee and Gary which was to a very high standard. We would definitely use again and recommend.

I obtained several quotes for a replacement roof for a 1960s semi-detached - I was cautious as the roofing trade can be an absolute minefield.

I was impressed with the professional way Ian from NERC carried out the survey and I promptly received what I felt to be a reasonable estimate.
So I went with NERC and all credit due, they were excellent.

The whole process from estimate to job completion was highly professional. The communication, quality of work and materials used was all of a very high standard. Despite some poor weather, the job was completed by Lee and the team on schedule and my new roof looks great :)

I believe in highlighting companies who get it right and my experience of NERC genuinely deserves 5 stars.
I wish all trades operated this way.
