We were offered one lot price from local business entrepreneurs for the whole inventory and assets in one shot deal.
We had no other option but to close our doors as we had no more inventory left to sell.
I always get the best service from NIS…
I always get the best service from NIS in Prince Rupert, as well as service over the phone for any questions. What they don't have in stock they get it for me quickly and the orders are always accurate. Their prices are also very competitive. If you don't use NIS now, considerate it.

Problems since the Covid closure
Problems since the Covid closure, not enough available staff to take / process orders. Simple orders taking 4-5 days to fill, excessive backorders. Busy branches with same staffing levels as slow branches, PPE hoarded back east.
Going with other vendors to ensure our jobs are going out on time, Can't rely on the NIS products to arrive on time.

I comparatively shopped, they had the best product in the compressor size category I required. they had it in stock and they tweaked the price to close the deal for me ! quality prompt phone service, from Tony Ball and efficiency from Edmonton staff at time of pick up load out great job guys
