Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Christmas returns only allowed until January 10. No exceptions, regardless of health problems or snowy conditions. Don’t shop there for Christmas.

I ordered 3 items...

I ordered 3 items. They shipped 2. Charged for full order. Shipping confirmation indicates 2 items shipped so you'd think the 3rd is pending shipment?? No way to contact them by phone or chat. Only email. So you have to wait before they respond and you have any idea of what's happening with your order. No 3rd item, no explanation, no happy customer. I expected better from a Canadian company. First and last time shopping here...

Items shrink

Was there very disappointed in the sizing of items. I bought 2 large long sleeve t shirts so that when they washed, they would still fit me. Well, the cotton that is being used is such low quality that they shrunk. So bad that they now would fit a petite person with short arms. As I live in another province, where our store closed, when I went to this shop in Kelowna, I was so excited to see a northern reflections, and now I am so disappointed that I don't believe I will ever go back to shop there.

Unreliable

I ordered a Christmas gift online on November 23rd. The order was confirmed. On December 5th it was cancelled without explanation.

A Totally Unacceptable On-Line Experience

The last time I ordered online was a complete disaster. I placed the order on July 18, 2025. I didn't spend the amount required for free shipping instead the order was to be sent to the Regina East store and I would pick it up.
After waiting over three weeks I called and was told that orders were slow but it would be arriving with the store’s next shipment. It didn’t. On August 12th and again on August 31st I received an e-mail asking me to rate my purchases.
I called to advise I’d never received the items. I was told that sometimes that happens. On September 17th I received a refund. Rather than advise me that the merchandise was out of stock they kept my money for two months which is totally unacceptable.

Nearly a Month and Order Never Shipped

I placed an online order over 3 weeks ago and to date, I have not received my products. They will not allow cancellations of orders once placed and now today they sent out a mass email stating that online orders and shipping are paused until further notice while they change warehouses and IT systems. They have not responded to enquiries about the issue either. They took their payment and I have not received my order and it's not looking like I will anytime soon. Don't ever order online from this company; visit a store in person instead.

Exceptional Service

I went to Northern Reflections #northernreflections in Gander. I bought a jacket which is part of their Essentials line. Chris, who served me, and I chatted about how these pieces rarely, if ever, go on sale. I commented that it is such a good jacket, that I was buying it regardless. So, purchase completed, I went on my way.
Hours later, my cell phone rang and it showed the call was from Northern Reflections. Turns out it was Chris, asking if I was the person who had bought the jacket earlier. I confirmed that I was. She then proceeded to tell me that the jacket actually WAS on sale (50% off whoot! WHoot!) and I could come back and get a refund.
And that's not all.... she had spent a few hours trying to track me down! Calling other Northern Reflections stores locally to see if they knew me, and calling head office to find my working phone number based on my Northern friends account! Truly an unexpected and delightful experience.

The dress I ordered was 80 dollars…

The dress I ordered was 80 dollars firstly; The dress that I ordered was an Extra Large; The dress I received was an XS I then tryed to return it; They said i had to return through the same Company that delivered the parcel which costs 140.00
Needless to say I cannot return the dress and have had a loss of 80 dollars

PLEASE spare yourself and DO NOT order…

PLEASE spare yourself and DO NOT order from this company. I asked the seller-manager about a 10% discount which she said did not exist. Lie number 1. i went ahead and placed the order at night and THE VERY NEXT DAY, there was a site-wide 40% discount which she refuses to issue back to my account!!!! What thieves these are here. VERY, VERY BAD AND INCONSIDERATE BUSINESS PRACTICE AT THIS COMPANY. Be warned.
