Still going on and no reply anymore
This has been going on for around half a year now. I put a respond email from Trine below my comment. I bought a tshirt and with 1 wash at 30° so at the coldest the design was already cracked and when it came in it smelled realllyyy bad(smoke). Thats why the quick wash. I cant even wear it because its all cracked and became really ugly.
The thing is, this company is led by i think 1 person. I have been very understanding for the situation she was in. It okey, it takes time to heal. But i got this response and thought okey it could take maybe a few weeks, at the longest maybe 2 months, thats okey i will wait. But know after half a year. She wont response to my email, i think she even blocked me on her store instagram account. This was a pretty good small company and i think im just one in a few with a really bad experience but i still want to warn people about this company because i still got no solution. Its really sad though that i support a small business and get taken advantage off.

Hi dear, I am sorry for the late reply. I had to take a break from everything because of my mental health, but I'm recovering and trying to get everything in order now.
I will arrange for a re-sending of this shirt, and send a couple of goodies as well.
