Pricing was ok. Viewing of pages were somewhat difficult. Closest store approx. 200 miles, therefore free shipping would cost more than shipping to my address.

Very nice experience ordering from…

Very nice experience ordering from Northern Tool.
The only hiccup is that a $25 gift card is advertised for orders over $100....but when I typed in the code to save $5 on your first order, the $25 gift card (for future orders) is not available.

Great product and pricing - slow delivery

I ordered a heavy-duty pressure washer from Northern Tool on May 4th, with an expected delivery window of May 14th–16th, based on the information they provided. The item didn’t ship until May 12th and didn’t arrive until May 28th; despite coming from a location only about five hours away. I’m not sure why the shipping took so long, especially considering I was charged for the shipping.

While I understand Northern Tool isn’t the carrier, they are responsible for choosing the delivery service they partner with, and in this case, the shipping experience was disappointing.

Pricing was competitive, and the product itself seems solid, but be aware that delivery could take significantly longer than expected. If you're on a tight schedule or need your order quickly, you may want to consider other options.

I enjoyed shopping on your web page but…

I enjoyed shopping on your web page but when I search under clearance and sort by low to high then whenever I go to an item to see further details and exit that item it always takes me to the top of the front page and resorts to most popular instead of returning to the place I left off at. This discourages me from shopping since I basically have to start all over again every time I click on an item. I have called multiple times to complain about this but nothing has been DONE!
