AVOID LIKE CORONA VIRUS
Avoid this so called "family run company" like the corona virus disease. The sales person is keen to sell. But the price is not cheap whatsoever for the sub-par product. If you are still keen to proceed, the fun begins after agreeing the contract. False promises for delivery and installation by the whole team, including the owner. Misaligned product delivered even after the visit from the so called "surveyor" to take correct measurement. Further delays in the delivery and installation. Then last minute just before installation of the revised remeasured window, they said that the manufacturer cannot make the design that was agreed weeks ago!! So they do not take ownership and blame the manufacturer. Very poor written communication from the after sales team who do not give you all the information. Very frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend them whatsoever. Even the reputable building firm that is involved with the construction of my extension was not impressed with the quality of the product or their servicing capability.
