Fast shipping. Good price. The aluminum strips are good quality and fit into my Wayne Dalton 9100 doors pretty well. However the rubber seal is junk. Dunno why they skimped on that.

I found what I what I needed but communication from Action Direct was odd - initially, I was offered samples of the seals I needed and then I was told they do not send samples. I had to send a copy of the message that offered samples to samples. The samples worked so now I am trying to place a large order of 100 ft rolls but check out is only pricing 1 ft. pieces, which you do not sell, so I will have to call tomorrow.

Promptly handled my order. Good experience. Would buy from them again. Thanks

Ordered a garage door switch figuring it would take maybe a week to get and after emailing and getting no response I called after a month and was told it was delivered. I never got it so I asked when it was delivered, two weeks prior supposedly. I asked if they would resend the order and they would not since it was delivered, I asked where it was sent and they told me to contact the post office. This company SUCKS, zero accountability and if you don’t get your order you just have to dispute the charges. I can’t wait to tell people where not to order anything from.

I placed an order thinking it would take 1-3 days to deliver. I get a notice the next day that it’s been delayed by 12 BUSINESS Days! I call first thing to cancel and I’m told it’s too late because they’ve already notified USPS to pick it up. As soon as it arrives it’s going back. Amazon had same item for much less with next day arrival! This company charged me )22.95 shipping which is free on Amazon and a 10% restocking fee to return. I’m posting this review on every social media site I can find. And, I will never do business with Action again.

Highly delayed shipment of parts. Support wouldn't respond to my inquiries for refund until after they had shipped the items, 3 weeks late. I was offered a free return, but shipping cost has to be eaten by me on both ends. I will not be doing business with this company again.

Just horrible. Every box that arrived had parts missing. Every call, text and email went unanswered for days. Finally on the last call the woman suggested that I CONTACT TECH SUPPORT! For a missing part??? These people don’t have a clue as to what they are doing.

This company sends me defective parts, parts are of the lowest quality.
They refuse to allow me to send them back unless I pay for the shipping again and they take 24% re-stocking fees.
It is a good deal for them and really bad deal for the rest of us.
It will cost me more to send their defective parts back than what I already paid for it.
Don’t do business with this company ever.

I recently ordered an upgraded Genie 912 replacement remote transmitter (NSCD-390GV1) and they sent me the wrong model number twice. They do not respond to phone calls, but the support email address is very responsive. I was told not to return the incorrect units. The correct unit was sent after they addressed the problem at the warehouse (wrong product in the bin). This remote has a slightly smaller form factor, and has about twice the range of the original units. Great product!

Unfortunately Mark and his company are not to.be trusted and I think Action Industries should evaluate their relationship with his company

The garage door seal I needed was unique to the brand of door I have. I was able to confirm the correct part number to order using their online search by mfg. and model #. North Shore provided the exact match to the size I needed. The order shipped the next day and arrived two days later.
