I found Northwest Pharmacy when I was looking for asthma medication for my cat months ago..... I called them up and they were very helpful in helping me make my decision. They contacted my vet made all the arrangements and they made the process very easy for me...... I started ordering medication's for myself from them also..... they are very customer oriented, honest, reputable, their prices are unbelievable and my medication's are shipped in a timely fashion... I would highly recommend NorthWest Pharmacy for both your medication's for yourself and your animals if needed....

Services were handled quickly. When I had international delivery issues your pharmacy resent medication without issue. Very helpful when I called. I don’t use the medication anymore but will use your pharmacy if the need comes up.

My Cat's Pharmacy
I have had a uses Northwest pharmacy for a while now to get asthma inhalers for my cat. They have been great to work with. From my first experience calling to get setup for deliveries, to the straight-forward renewal process, they are very easy to deal with.

I love this place

This is a very reputable company, they've always answered my questions promptly, meds are shipped quickly and they have fair prices, less than half what I would pay in the U.S. I have full confidence in them and will continue to order certain meds from them that are not covered by my insurance in the U.S.

Reordering was easy
Reordering was easy. Getting a new script from my doctor was the last step. The office sent the info to NW Pharmacy. I was notified by the pharmacy when my script was received and the projected date I should receive my drug. It arrived within two days of when it was projected to arrive. It was well packaged and intact. It was a hot day so I was glad I was home when the mail arrived so I could get it out of the heat. Some drugs are heat sensitive. The packaging invoice only included the drug price not the full cost of my order. The price is still cheaper than I would pay at another pharmacy.

Ordering is somewhat seamless
Ordering is somewhat seamless, especially if refills are already available. Pricing has increased since the tariff saga, which has logic behind the cost.
My complaint is the name of the ordering physician is incorrect. My internist retired and the new one sent the prescription. Yet, a doctor's name appears on my prescription that is NOT the ordering physician. This concerns me. I will call NorthWest directly.

Regarding the physician name on your prescription label, this can differ from the doctor who originally wrote your prescription. Medications dispensed through our international fulfillment centers are reviewed and formally signed off by a licensed physician at the dispensing location, and that physician’s name appears on the label as the final authorizing provider.
