I had to contact Northwest because my prescription was held up.
I had to contact Northwest because I got a message that my prescription was held up for improper postage. After investigating, the gentleman contacted me and ultimately ended up sending me a new order of my prescription. He even checked on it later to see if it had arrived yet. I feel like he went to great lengths to get me my prescription.

I would have given a 5 star rating but…
I would have given a 5 star rating but I believe I was overcharged for tariffs on my last order. I sent a email questioning the percentage calculation that was used but was told that an exact calculation could not be provided. Just seemed like a runaround to gouge the customer.

Helpful, everything just as promised!
Everyone is very helpful, they will look up prices and those of other meds without any hesitation. Shipping takes a few weeks, but that's expected, and time, price and shipping are given up front. Prices are just so much better on some of the expensive meds!

I'm a physician that gets a drug from NorthWestPharmacy that my health plan in California will not pay for. I've posted reviews about this pharmacy in previous years. In April I put in for a refill of a 90 day supply of the drug. The process only took seconds of my time, and was filled in a timely manner. There was no increase in price, even with all the "noise" in the world at this time. I continue to give NorthWestPharmacy the highest rating for service.
