This is my second bike purchase from this dealership, and I have never experienced anything like this before. The lack of transparency regarding these extra charges was very disappointing.
The reason I am leaving this review is to warn other customers: before visiting the showroom, make sure you fully understand all additional costs and fees that may be added to the advertised price. My experience left me feeling that unnecessary extra charges were added without being made clear beforehand.
Poor for Honda main dealer
Rang to enquire about Goldwing. Remi sales guy didn't have much of a clue about bike. Said I'd come testride after weekend found out sold no call nothing could have wasted a morning so not impressed

Sad experience
Honda is good brand. The big problem is the sales managers who work for Honda. They don't do their job well enough. It's very sad. Only go to Honda if you have to.

Friendly and helpful staff
Ben and the team were really helpful and responsive when I bought my NT1100. They located a bike from stock that met my requirements at a competitive price and happily arranged a test ride. I've had the bike now for five weeks and ridden my first 250 miles on it commuting to work. Love it!

Disappointed with the Communication
My meeting with Daniel Kardos, Motorcycle Sales Executive was impressive. Not only he knows about motorcycle, but he understands what customers wants and never pressure customers into something they don't like. His recommendation are very logical in some aspects. However, I do feel sorry for him. All the effort he put into the business is not given the full support. There is a serious communication issue with this branch, it is very difficult to speak to anyone when I made a phone call. In the end I had to travel to the branch to sort out my issues. My verdict, no matter how good your sales, technical and finance staff may be, but if the business system can not support them. Initially customers will change their mind and start shopping elsewhere. I keep getting emails, text messages reminding me of my service due date. It's frustrating when no one answered the phone but a machine, when you get transferred, no one pick up the call. My question is, what is the point of all the promotion and technical support when theres no one to greet the customers? Even the website is unreliable, the bike I wanted was sold, but the website was not updated. If I didn't have a 2nd option, I would have gone somewhere else. Made me think twice before buying another Honda from this branch especially.

There had been some accessories fitted to the bike at the dealership which left some dirty hand prints on the white paint work. It’s not a major issue but a final check over before handover should have picked this up. Overall very happy with the service l received and from the member of the sales team l dealt with specifically.

Remi Mussenden
made the whole process an absolute delight.
Great conversation plus he calmed my nerves as it is my first bike (Honda CBF125) and first time riding post CBT and to top it all off, I got a call not too long after I got home to make sure I got back safely and that I was happy with the ride.

Massive consumer rights violations etc
Was told the bike would have an MOT, when i went to pick it up 20 days later, it didnt have a new MOT, the rear brake was non-functional so had to adjust and tighten the brake myself, and the rear brake light was faulty making it ILLEGAL to ride which makes it unfit for purpose and a massive consumer rights violation…
leading to me having to take my bike to get fixed asap after purchase, which then i havent had any word back almost 2 and a half weeks later, all this inconvenience and hassle for a 50% off of a extended warranty package, which wouldnt even cover the waste of insurance for this month or the other costs ill have to put in to fix it, thankfully it is being partially repaired over warranty in a different honda garage, but frankly, the blatant disregard for consumer rights and rider safety to sell the bike was disgusting…

Relaxed approach with no pressure to buy. Very helpful staff even down to the young man managing the car park. Very minor issue noticed after collecting that should have been picked up during the pre collection check. Did not mar the whole experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

Really accommodating with options
Really accommodating with options, from trade in, to payment, to pick up. Very accommodating of my personal headaches as a customer, there are easier to customers deal with but they never make me feel bad for it.
Been a great dealership with a wonderful team, from before I ever purchased from them, which is what gave me the confidence to.
