I am a returning customer to Nortree, after a few years away.. it didn't take me long to realise what great customer service they supplied. I really felt like a valued customer, I think the fees were very fair, and I trust them completely... and this goes a long way in my books, Ed really looked after me, put my mind to rest, and even arranged for me to be driven home. Dave at reception was super helpful and at short notice managed to book my car in and arrange for the repairs to be done, even though they were super busy. A big thanks to Ed, Dave and the team

3 months ago i purchased a lovely little Ford Fiesta from Nortree Motor Company & from the moment I walked through the door, i knew i had come to the right place. Aaron the salesman was very polite, knowledgeable & professional. I was worried about the wet belt on the car, as i had herd they could be a problem if not serviced properly & with out any hesitation Aaron said we will put a new one on, brilliant service. A week or so after driving the car, i noticed an annoying squeaking from the from suspension over speed bumps. I phoned Aaron & he got me in to look at the car. Dave on service was brilliant, they both got together & decided to put 2 new shock absorbers on it & top mounts under warranty. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a second car, you will not be disappointed, thank you Nortree.

Phoned three times , emailed 3times , online chat still no response. The ford MSRT van is just shy of £40k i would have thought they would be interest . I had the same issue a few years ago with another van same company so its not due to it being xmas . I had the finance ready to go ….

I bought a used Transporter van from Nortree and had a few teething problems. It took some time due to various complexities, but the outcome is a fully functional vehicle. I cannot praise these guys enough. Communication was good throughout and I even had a valetted van at the end. Well done Nortree!

I have been consistently coming to Nortree Motors for the past 15 years ever since I passed my driving test and they have provided 3 generations of my family with outstanding service. The repairs and workmanship in the servicing department are of the best quality, with staff having a genuine interest in the customers' needs, I have total trust in the service that Nortree provide.

They keep the customers informed and updated through every service, diagnostics & MOT. I have been extremely impressed by their manner and professionalism, I have always received the highest customer service from all the employees, the whole team are extremely kind, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and will go above and beyond for you. We recently bought a used vehicle from Nortree Motors in Melksham and wow, what amazing customer service by Aaron! Friendly family run garage, extremely knowledgeable and honest, we traded our car in and got a really good price, we were able to pick up the new car that day, and they even assisted us in transferring the private reg plate - nothing was to much trouble. Have been back to buy some accessories for the car, and Ed has been amazing, so helpful and going above and beyond. Would highly recommend Nortree, we will definitely be using them for servicing etc.

A fantastic family generations run garage and car sales.

The vehicle was exactly as described, amazing condition and just what I was looking for.

With the current Covid restrictions it was still a pleasant buying experience, nice and simple too.

May car was delivered today by Ken who was a great character. Showed me around the car, explained what had been done and us a credit to the company.

As and when I need another vehicle, Nortree will be my first call.
