The product, a military style jacket is of very good quality. I am just disappointed that the item shipped from Germany to Australia by Norvine was not manufactured in Germany, but in China.

I ordered two t-shirts via Norvine in…
I ordered two t-shirts via Norvine in 25th of November. The estimated delivery date was between 2nd of December and 12nd of December. I can understand few days delays due to Christmas, Black Friday, etc. However today is 22nd of December, and still I did not get my package. When I check the tracking number, no update at all, and when I try to reach Customer Service via e-mail, no response at all. I am not happy for this experience and I will never ever prefer Norvine anymore.
Answer to the company’s reply: What kind of answer it is? You are so rude. Yes, you are not DHL, but you are working with DHL, and that’s why it is your responsibility. I sent an email 2 and 3 days ago, and I just re-sent now.

Sorry but something seems to be wrong with the communication here. We have replied to your email right after receiving it, please check your spam folder to make sure. Also, we are not the shipping carrier DHL. We can’t do anything to speed up the delivery and a replacement would take that time again.
The tracking is fully working and shows all details. The order reached Athens Greece time ago already, but returned to us and is now again in Athens to be forwarded to your service area in Greece. DHL’s service provider in Greece is ELTA: you may reach out to them to ask what’s happening. We cannot file a claim with DHL since the parcel is in transit and moving. The statement that the parcel is not moving is wrong.
We are sorry if the previous reply was not so nice, but you left a very bad review with wrong information! This platform is for reviewing our customer service and not the delivery speed. Also note that the southern Greek area takes longer than ATH oder SKG area.
Hooded Lumber Jacket - Red
I received today a Hooded Lumber Jacket red for my boyfriend I ordered from Norvin. It was delivered pretty fast and it's really a good quality, decent jacket. Looks very nice with a hoodie. They informed every single step of the shipment. There were a lot of reviews that the sizes are very large compare to usual, so I ordered L size for a guy between L and XL size and it's perfect. Take into consideration the inside layer when choosing the size, plus you don't want this to be too tight either.

This rating is outrageous because you didn't pick up your package at the post office!!!! So this is self-inflicted! and that, although we have specifically pointed this out to you and you have a full tracking number available, which also says that you should pick up the shipment at the post office!!

Nice website, nice product photos. Most of the products are hopeless Americanized just like Germany now. I ordered a few items from NOVINE and they just don't meet my modest expectations!

This should be a service review and not a product review. The customer had bought a product from the "Brandit" brand.
Great choice for this Overall style.
I recieved in the US the Overalls I ordered 15 days later which is ok considering from Europe. I'm 6ft.and the large size is perfect. I really like the elastic on the sleeves and ankles along with the full length dual zippers. The sideways upper pocket zippers is a plus.

Product is ok, good value for the money. Shipping got me anxious - tracking code didn't work even if I received an email from Norvine stating that it would, it took them one week more than expected to ship the good...
