I phoned to book a taxi to take me home on my return from a holiday in Crete. The phone was answered by a male who just said “yep”, I asked if this was Norwich Airport Taxis, the answer was “yep”! I asked if the person on the phone could give me the name of their app to download on my phone so that I could make a booking, the answer I got was “why do you want to download the app” this was said with a very aggressive tone. I terminated the telephone call and decided not to use this company, and I would recommend that no one else uses it either, because: they are rude and unhelpful, and, I wouldn’t trust them with my wife and my security and safety.

My confirmed booking in advance was cancelled without any given reason.

Booked a taxi to Norwich Airport for 400AM. Confirmed booking 2 days before. Taxi did not come, and no one answered at the office for the next 25 minutes. Was forced to drive to long stay car park and abandon car for 3 weeks. On the way to the airport, office finally answered, apologised and offered to pay for the parking on return. On return went into office and was told that someone would phone to discuss. 1 week later, no response so I phoned them. It did not go well. £95.00 out of pocket plus a lot of stress.
