Customer service is non-existent. By phone, email or via the chat feature on their website. Nothing gets a response.

I placed an order on 12/4, approved it on 12/5 and have been unable to get in contact with anyone via any of their communication methods. This is beyond frustrating as these seals are needed to complete a mailing of a custom invitation for a dated event. And now the company is closed for the holidays which means there is no way these will arrive in time.

I would love to add a picture

I would add a picture, as it's worth 1,000 words... The envelope opener is probably worth $2 and we were expecting something at the price point of $30, like we had to pay, for a silver coated tool. Once disappointed, we called during Tuesday working hours to request a refund, which was redirected to an answering voice saying they weren't working. So after writing out an email, we learned that we have to pay our own shipping fee for the refund within 15 days.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS With this company

DO NOT DO BUSINESS With this company. They do an awful job. They cancelled my account bc I told them I was going to write a bad review. My stamp has drill marks and it looks like crap. Do not use this place. Anyone who claims they are in Us and clearly aren't stay away. They won't do anything to help .

Great products

I ordered some wax and a stamp. The shipping was super fast. The wax was beautiful but the stamp was the wrong one. I let them know, they apologized, express mailed the right one and was soo nice about the entire process. Their items are high quality and a good price. I'll definately be ordering from them again

Fantastic product, would definitely recommend!

I bought a custom wax stamp sealer on a Thursday, and Nostalgic was able to send me a proof the next day, and I received my stamp 9 days later. I absolutely am in love with it! It dressed up our plain white wedding invitation envelopes beautifully, was easy to use, and gave us a fantastic final product. It's durable, heavy, and I'm excited to continue to use it throughout our marriage. Thanks Nostalgic!

Brass Seal for wax

The website is easy enough to navigate but it was definitely strange having to upload my artwork on a separate form from the the order itself. I was a little bit confused whether I was ordering "the right way". The correspondence I received via email was average for an online company (24 hours) to hear back. The information and feedback itself was good and helped me understand the scale and what I could and couldn't expect detail-wise. When ordering your seal, you REALLY have to take into consideration the actual size it'll be and how your 2D design will translate into that scale. Some details just may not be possible to get a nice impression. If you have small details like that, pay attention to your art review because they'll tell you the issues with it and even offer revisions for how to make it better. The final product is decent. For how small my seal was, the finished piece was fairly detailed but you could still see tooling marks on it from the drill bit used. For the money you pay for these, that was just a little bit disheartening. I would've liked parts of the seal to be slightly shallower so that i could get a better, more even impression in the wax but it still serves it's purpose and works well.
