Terribly ran buisness! For instance..it's more important for them to hit their number by end of day than quality products. More than half of their military boots are held together with regular household super glue. There are 2 big machines. One makes souls mostly for military dress shoes. The other puts souls on military boots. No one in that factory can run either one properly so therefore no good products are made.

Rang the store about the sizing of a jacket, the lad was very helpful and gave me measurements. Ordered the jacket and it was delivered to me the next day, perfect.
I ordered and never got the item. It took Not Addicted over 5 days to reply to my question where my order is. Then my package came but it wasn't boxed, just wrapped in a plastic bag without any protection and I ordered fragile good. Never ever again.
