NoteBookParts

Was missing some parts but I contacted them and customer service was awesome they responded back quick, I spoke to Mariam and she resolved my issues right away. Will be doing business again with them in the future! Highly recommended 👍

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. They cannot keep an ETA to save their lives! I ordered a part over a month ago now, and I have to keep chasing to see where it is.

I keep getting the same old story each time.....oh the supplier hasn't sent it, or it wasn't in the order that we was expecting. Terrible company. This is the first and last time I will use them.

UPDATE: Since leaving this review, Notebookparts have now decided to CANCEL my order because they didn't like this review. Such childish behaviour from a business! Avoid this company like the plague!!!

Aboslute Horrifying Experience - Sent wrong part/ didn't want to remedy it.

I will be honest with you.. this is the worse online purchase situation I had in my life. Mariam in customer service is in the wrong business. They advertised an ADP part and sent me an ADB part. Plain and simple... they had it wrong and customer service didn't want to fix it.
They even accused me of switching the part, and were VERY RUDE over Recorded emails. You should read some of them. And, it took 10 days of fighting back and forth with them over slow emails, and then they finally took it back and credited my account.
I don't recommend them.

Rude Employees

I ordered a new keyboard to fix my laptop the price was decent I paid for 2 day shipping and they sent it 4 days then they tried to claim it was 2 business days, I told them i was leaving for deployment on Monday the day it would have arrived. These people kept hanging up on me over and over, the first time they hung up on me when I asked how does it take 4 days for 2 day shipping. They claimed I was rude, I started getting rude when I was hung up on multiple times. They eventually upgraded my shipping to the shipping I paid for but made it seem like they were doing me a favor. They also have no idea when management comes in because when I asked to speak to management they said they weren't sure when they would be in again, after several hang ups I finally got an extension to the management supposedly I left a message do not expect to receive a response. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. IF I didnt leave for deployment would return product to get a refund and find another business to give my money.

Lied to by Customer Service - DO not order parts from these people.

We ordered a part like we do from many vendors. When you need to RMA the part regardless of why...they will ask you for the number from the "silver sticker". There is no
Silver sticker on the part. There are 3 other stickers with numbers but no Silver sticker. They will string you along, then accuse you of removing the sticker. Really????? Why would anyone peel off the sticker??????. So they tell us there is a silver sticker on all their parts....we go look at other parts (couple batteries) we have in the office from them...no silver sticker.......suddenly well no not the batteries. Yet they have no idea if it is their part without the silver sticker. Most disgusting circling talking dishonest vendor I have encounter in my 30 plus years of doing business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE People!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Simply, a bad business decision to do business with dishonest companies and this is one of them. I'm slow to anger and I wanted to throttle these people.

Cheated and lied to by customer service manager.

I have had one of the worse experiences with a vendor that I have ever had. I ordered an LCD screen from them over 3 weeks ago for the price of $209. I got it a week later only to be the wrong screen! After calling for 2 days and leaving an email they finally contacted me and arranged an RMA for the return before they would send me what I ordered. A week later I received notice they were sending me another screen not the exact replacement but they would send the inverter with it so it would work. Well a week later it shows up with no inverter and still the wrong screen. After several exchanges with manager of customer service and being told I was lying about not receiving the inverter they offered to refund me $75 of my $209 and I would have to pay for return!
