Orders as a private person with an EU billing address does still not work. Contacted support twice and after a week still no answer. I clearly made the effort of finding a solution. If you don't want me as a client just delete my account.

The only improvement which could be proposed is to improve the response time. Its been 2 weeks and I am still not able to get in touch with the Customer Support on phone!!!

Had the product in the shopping cart, then page crashed and product was sold out after reloading.

I have purchased this item for 850€ and from the starting you have given a defected product,i don't need a credit of 299€ ,I need my complete money back as you have cheated by giving defected product, I don't need a credit of 299€ .provide me a proper solution otherwise I need to go to. Consumer court for this and take legal steps. As no device can show motherboard problem in just 5 months. Atlesst be genuine, for a product of 850€ ,you are asking customer to take credit of 299€.

After complaining so many time via email. Still I have not received proper response.

Was able to buy RTX 3080 due to a good queue system on the website. Nvidia should have used this from the start.

Bought an iPhone. Had an anti-virus software in the cart, which was "the first year for free", which I did not put there. Despite having nothing to do with the iPhone, it looks like a subscription. Upselling by advertising additional products in the buying process is annoying enough. But automatically putting crap into the cart is a no-go.

Update: notebooksbilliger.de hat my review removed until I proved, that I really bought an iPhone with them. They argued, this could not have been a genuine buying experience. Because they would not add a product to my cart? I checked again with another product, if I accidentally clicked on the anti-virus subscription and if it was my fault. No, it was not. I had the same subscription (I also checked, that it was a subscription) in my cart again. I wonder how many bad reviews were already removed.

2 stars, because they had a good price for the iPhone and they shipped in a timely manner.

The product works just fine for now, I'm quite pleased with it. The quality of the display is good and the colours are very vibrant.

I have already bought two smartphones using Notebooksbilliger, both times were flawless. I will have another purchase near in future cause I want to buy Huawei p30 pro new edition. For everyone who have a fear paying in advance, you have an option to pay after arrival (bar). You can check products you have ordered and then pay.
