I have a Howdens Lamona kitchen mixer tap, which begain dripping. Phoned Howdens, who do not stock replacement cartridges! They offered to order them for me, but I advised that I would go to Notjust taps, from whom I had bought replacement cartridges for a leaking bath tap. Website is so easy to use with number of splines, diagrams and measurements to take to ensure that one gets the right item. It helped that the description stated that the cartridge fitted most Howden Lamona taps. Quickly ordered, paid for and fitted and no more dripping tap.

I used ‘ Not Just Taps’ online site . Very easy to order clear instructions and the part I ordered for the Click Plug, arrived in two days, very efficient. I have installed the part in my basin and is perfect - just what I needed.Will certainly order from them again. Thank you .

Replaced the porcelain sleeves on a kitchen tap. They saved a relative from replacing the whole tap. The sleeves provided were a good price, delivered really quickly. Great service.

Dispatching an order on time is easy. What sets good companies apart, for me, is how they respond when something goes wrong. I bought a shower cartridge which failed after 6 months (no fault of theirs, these things happen). One email on a Sunday resulted in a replacement being despatched on the Monday. You can’t ask for better than that!

I'd been asked to replace a mixer tap cartridge at our local health centre, my supplier informed me this item was obsolete and a new tap at a cost of £548-00 was required. The young lady I spoke to at Not just taps not only identified the replacement cartridge but also checked with the tap manufacturer to confirm it would fit. The part arrived, very well packaged, and in the time stated, I was really impressed with the professional service I received and will certainly be using them from now on.

Although I did not know the name of the tap I needed, I was able to identify it from the website. It arrived promptly, was very good value and solved the problem.
