Great service, contacted company to ask for another photo of the shower cartridge. Pam from sales sent everything I needed to confirm the correct part. Ordered and delivered next day and now have a working shower again. Will deffo use again

Quality Tap & fittings
Easy to use Website with accurate stock levels, The shower tap ordered was the Traditional Breech Shower Valve for use in a property with a (very) low pressure systems, the quality of the tap and fittings is excellent and once plumbed in gave good control and flow rate to allow for a good shower.
Excellent service throughout with immediate dispatch and delivery.

Good service
Good service. Postage seemed expensive for the price of the part (a £7 acrylic handle) It had to be adjusted to fit but it would be difficult to get an exact replacement.
All in all it looks a lot better than before.

A great solution!
After hours of searching receipts from 15 years ago I could not identify the original make of a dripping kitchen tap. Within hours Notjusttaps identified the required valve it from my 4 measurements, posted on their super identifying function, and the replacement valves fitted perfectly. Such excellent customer service is extremely rare these days. Thank you.
