This was my first time using Worldwide Travelz and both my family and I were looked after by Asma. I genuinely can’t recommend her enough – 10/10 service from start to finish!

She took the time to find the perfect holiday package that suited everyone in our group. It was budget-friendly, had plenty of entertainment for both the kids and adults, and included everything we were looking for.

Asma sorted everything for us, including our flights, transfers and luggage. She also had staff in Turkey arrange and book our Land of Legends excursion, including return minibus transfers, which made the whole experience completely seamless. Having everything organised meant we didn’t have to worry about hidden online costs or unexpected extras.

This was our first big family holiday where we didn’t have to stress or overspend, and that was all thanks to Asma. I’m already using her again to help plan a girls’ trip, and I’ve recommended her to all my family and friends.

If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, takes the hassle out of booking, and gets you great value for money, Asma is definitely the person to go to. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just returned from a fantastic family holiday to Thailand all booked and organised by the wonderful Zoe Harmer. From booking, to travel and home again this holiday has been amazing. Well organised and we were all well looked after throughout by Zoe harmer. Started in Phuket, Stayed up in Elephant Hills and finished in Khao Lak. Couldn't recommend Zoe or the trip enough. Totally amazing!

Just returned from an All-inclusive Adults Only trip to Fuerteventura booked by Tom at Hidden Hills Travel. Smooth and stress free from start to finish with lots of extras and an upgraded gorgeous room. A lovely relaxing break.

Very easy to deal with, patient with our search criteria (which is admittedly very fussy at times!) and always given many options to look over, quick and easy communication throughout, and the whole booking process is a breeze! The detail makes a difference to us, from checking us in for our flights for us, to the extra touches made when at resort celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. Toms@ Hidden Hills Travels, made our holiday booking simple from start to finish!! We literally gave Tom the destination we wanted and he did the rest, even down to completing our API information and check-in and most importantly getting us the best possible price in the market place. Nothing was too much trouble, with pretty much immediate replies to any queries we raised. This was highlighted when we suddenly realised we had made an error with our dates and had some clashing of flights. Tom helped with looking at different flights from different destinations and advised what best to do. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation, couldn’t have been simpler. Excellent service from Tom at Hidden Hills. Booking process was seamless even with us changing flight times around. Hotels were perfect and exactly what we wanted in our chosen locations. Price was also excellent, would thoroughly recommend using again A***

Tom at Hidden Hills Travel offered me and my family an excellent and very personal service from the day I contacted him to the week of our holiday he then emailed us and wished us a great trip and took the time to attach our itinerary and boarding passes just in cases we hadn't saved them ourselves. Tom also offered us some great alternative options and as a result we had a fab holiday and we will be rebooking the same resort for 2025. This wasn't a take the money and run service, quite the opposite so I would highly recommend.

Another great trip through hidden hills, 12 of us total this year and was smooth sailing as always.

From initial booking through to after our return, Hidden Hills Travel provides a full comprehensive service which is Customer focused. The little details like advance passenger information completion and check-ins that makes the end-to-end experience seamless.

Used this hotel and resort for many years, usually through the likes of TUI and Jet2 but on the advice of Hidden Hills Travel we now travel with EasyJet Holidays, cost efficient and Airport Transfers personal rather than coach which makes such a difference.

It is the personal service that makes the difference and Hidden Hills Travel definitely provides a first class personal touch !

We have booked several holidays via Elliott at Not Just Travel, and we cannot speak highly enough of the help he has given us on each occasion. Prices are very competitive and he has always listened to our requirements and our holidays are tailored to these accordingly. This year we visited Sorrento again, and our hotel, La Solara, was located in the hills just outside the town, with spectacular views. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful, and the food was exceptional, catering for a cross section of needs. The swimming pool was fantastic too, and there was a courtesy bus to take us into the town at regular intervals. There is always plenty to do in Sorrento, whether you’re interested in visiting the numerous little shops or taking a trip along the spectacular Amalfi coast or across to the island of Capri. We had such a fantastic holiday that we’re returning next year (once again booked through Elliott!)

We had a problem with an item of luggage that went astray at the airport coming home, and once again, although not really his problem, Elliott stepped in with relevant contact points to help us resolve the issue.

We recently booked our first family holiday to Tenerife with Hidden Hills Travel and I have nothing but good words to say about this company. From the booking of the holiday to the organisation of baby essentials for our room, everything was faultless and Tom made sure we had the answers to all of our questions. He helped us organise special assistance for travel to and fro which really helped, he ensured our check in and advanced passenger information was completed which made the whole process even smoother. Ewa Jones has been so helpful in booking two separate holidays in the last couple of months. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and support has been outstanding. We have just returned from an amazing holiday in Thailand organised by Ewa James for us. We had 5 days in Phuket, 2 days at Elephant Hills and 5 days in Khao Lak. It was a perfect mixture of exploring and new experiences and being able to relax. Ewa provided great information before we went and also sorted out an issue we had while we were away.
