Simply the best

Dear Jon,

I hope you are well.

I just wanted to take a moment to pass on my sincere thanks and feedback regarding the excellent work carried out by your team, in particular Esme and James.

They were absolutely outstanding in dealing with both the emergency pipe issue and the roof work. The response was prompt, well organised, and extremely professional, especially given the urgency of the situation. The pipe problem was managed efficiently with clear communication throughout, which was very reassuring at a stressful time. The roof work was also completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and minimal disruption.

What really stood out was their professionalism, calm approach under pressure, and genuine willingness to help. It is clear that they take real pride in their work, and it made a significant difference to the outcome.

Please do pass on my thanks and appreciation to them both. You clearly have an excellent team, and it has been a pleasure dealing with NM Services.

Bert is the best at laying floors

Bert is the best at laying floors. I previously had issues with the flooring not aligning with the walls or units in the bathroom. He re-fitted the bathroom and kitchen. It looks fantastic, well sealed, clean, he's so good at what he does. I hope NM know what a gem they have.

Relaying garden slabs.

Extremely Grateful for the gentleman who relayed my garden slabs,they kept us updated from start to finish. Job completed to a very high standard, they were professional and courteous. Professional, Courteous and caring .

I Emailed in the Evening to Book a routine Service on my Boiler and in the Morning I received an email response from the Accounts Manager Esme to Schedule , she later that day called and offered me an Appointment for the same Day as James the Heating Engineer was in the Area , upon arrival James informed me there was a Gas leak reading and also that the Main tap to the Meter was seized ! He organised for Cadent to Replace it and re-scheduled the Boiler Service for a few days later.
From start to finish Esme kept me informed of times, process etc ( and answered all the many questions i asked ) She also as requested Let me know that James would call me personally to let me know everything was okay as I was not able to be present during the visit .
I was very impressed with how professional and courteous both were and would recommend them and NMS Ltd to anyone looking for Boiler Service or related work .

Nice Job

Eddie and Ellie came to our place in Nottingham this last Tuesday (16th Jan) .

We hit a bit of a snag and had to change from Plan A to B , but they took it in there stride and the job got sorted .

Nice job ,looks well ,great attitude and work ethic from your people .

Nursery Maintance

Thank you Anoy and Acer top work

This company was subcontracted by the housing association for our stairway. A massive thank you who Anoy and Acer who were so considerate of the residents here working quietly and maintaining the highest safety standards. With a little one it’s always a challenge to get things up and down the staircase, but they offered and lent a hand on many occasions which was much appreciated. Thank you for being so friendly and helpful and looking to go the extra mile for the residents here.

substandard

This company were subcontracted by the housing association to complete a replacement kitchen. Whilst there were teething problems with incorrect design of the kitchen and a few other issues the finished job was far from good and demonstrated a lack of skill. I would not consider recommending this company as it lacks pride in the quality of work produced. whether thats is due to it not extending to all types of clientele is open to debate. Is it because its a social housing contract? Would the results have been better had i contacted them personally? Who knows. I will praise the guys for tidying up after each day and being very well mannered. But broken tiles, chipped surfaces , bad no horrific cutting in and overall bodge-jobbing is absolutely disappointing land lacks attention to detail.

Thank you for taking the time out to write a review. In reply to your concerns, we were asked by your housing association to replace the kitchen like for like. We attended your property on the 9th of June to measure up and confirm colours etc which you confirmed and then signed for. Any previous plans that were discussed with the previous contractor were not discussed when we visited so we were unaware what you had agreed with them. When the works began you raised your concern that the layout was not how you wanted so we agreed to fit additional units. With regards to the issues with the worktop, we take our workmanship very seriously so i would ask that you call our office on 0115 7117 227 or email info@nmservices.co.uk with your concerns along with pictures of the damaged worktop and we will happily send out one of our operatives to rectify the issues for you.

James,Ryan,Bert & Ellie from NM did some blockwork repairs at our unit in Nottingham.
All necessary paperwork done correctly beforehand.
Well prepared, knew their job, work quietly and safely.

Superb Job - Very Happy!

We had a new kitchen (with a new sink) fitted.
Andy & Ben did an amazing job in regards to the quality of work, they also went above and beyond with a couple of our requests. Everything was done bang on schedule and the fact that both Andy and Ben were so nice and friendly made it an all round pleasant experience.
(My mum said her offer to make you some samosas in the new kitchen still stands by the way!)

Fantastic Service!

James is our monthly Maintenance Man and we couldn't praise him enough. He is always willing to take on new jobs we throw at him during the day, even if it's not on the list! He works very quickly and efficiently and ensures all jobs are finished before he goes home. James understands the way nurseries work, ensuring when entering and leaving the building all doors are securely shut behind him which means so much to us. James always has a smile on his face and nothing is ever a bother for him. We highly recommend James to one and all!
