Ridiculous returns policy. Item was returned a day late due to reasons beyond my control. Was then told it wasn’t accepted due to the tag being in a different place - the fit at the top of the dress was strange and so I didn’t even try it on and arranged for a return code. The tag was never moved by me but I was to blame! I’m now stuck with a badly made dress I won’t wear without a refund!

The quality is decent however, the blazer is made for someone with no boobs. I am a B cup and was spilling out of it. Very impractical for anyone with boobs. I also got my correct sizing. Will be returning.

Awful service - I purchased an item in size Large 12-14 described as "true to size". There was no measurement reference, but I purchase a size in all other stores, Zara, Asos, PLT and so on. When I received this item, I was shocked that the item barely goes over my head, let alone fits like the model in the image. The neck is so tight that the button around the back broke off when I was trying to do it up. I looked into returning the item without grievance because small "online" brands often come up smaller (probably because curvy bodies don't match with their "aesthetic" of fashion, however I noticed when looking to return that they force customers to pay return charges, even if the item does not actually match their description. The "manager" Gemma states that the refund will be based on her inspection of the item, meaning that she can disagree if the item fits... without seeing it on me ... make it make sense. They argue that other online brands don't have free drop off points for returns without considering that nearly all online brands have free returns because how is anybody meant to know if an item is good quality, will fit etc if you're buying online without a proper sizing reference?! They state that they have properly advertised that they don't provide free returns, but in reality, its only stated on a tiny little link at the bottom of their web page. Something that an average person in 2022 wouldn't check because every online brand provides free returns, and if they don't, they always state this obviously on order confirmations. I've definitely learnt my lesson to not buy from silly little Instagram brands at this point, and I hope that Courtney Black - the fitness coach that has been a voice for all types of women's bodies are made aware of how the brand punishes women that don't fit their version of what a size 12 should be by forcing them to pay for their returns. Quite upsetting it's come to this really, if they took any kind of liability for their mistakes and just provided a free returns label then they may not have completely lost a customer. I'm now opening a case with Halifax because I believe I was sold an item under false pretences and I disagree that I should be charged another £5 for a courier to return the item.

I’ve been ordering of noughts and kisses for just over a year made atleast 10 purchases and not once been disappointed. I’ve only ever returned one item as it was to big but I had ordered 2 of the same item. Return was easy and refunded within 5 days. Will continue using this company as style and quality is perfect

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

Purchased what was advertised as ‘suede boots’ that were in the sale at £38 they arrived, the material was cheap and faux suede! I bought them on the basis it was a bargain being real suede and I’m the sale so understandable… they arrived and I wouldn’t even pay half price for the poor quality!
To top it off they charge for delivery & return fees, I contacted them to flag they have falsely advertised these and they sent me a returns label but the QR code doesn’t work! I’m 40 weeks pregnant, cannot walk or drive due to suffering with PGP so my partner went to the post office to return within their very small timescales and they could not use the returns label! I contacted them again requesting for a valid QR code as I do not have access to a printer and they said they can not provide this…
Literally ready to give birth and they have taken my money by false advertising and now it’s impossible to return the cheap faux suede boots! This is unacceptable and if I do not receive a refund I will be taking matters further for the sheer principle and my personal circumstances. Robbing retailer that is falsely advertising products to mislead the consumer…. It’s against the law!

AWFUL!! Quality is shocking for the price you pay, all the threads have come loose after washing once and the material has shrunk! Would expect this from a fast fashion brand but they advertise themselves as premium which definitely is not true, deffo should have read the rest of these reviews before buying. Save yourself the hassle

Wow, this brand has really gone downhill over the last few months. The quality of the materials has seriously dropped and the designs have gone stale.

On top of this the sizing is all over the place and the return policy is downright GREEDY! How can you only allow 14 days to return and then charge me for it as well?! It’s absolutely ridiculous and I won’t ever be shopping from here again.
