Very concerning experience with Nova2Pay.
Shortly after using their payment system, my card details were compromised and used for three unauthorized transactions. I also received a fraud alert related to “AMAZONPRIME,” which I never authorized.
Use extreme caution and monitor your card closely if you use this service.
If you have ever used this system to pay... you should delete/block the card you used and get a new one. Reddit has been saying there had been NUMEROUS fraudulent transactions attempted/processed. I'm now one of them. Fraud alert text this morning "AMAZONPRIME".
SCAM PAYMENT SYSTEM
Completely fraudulent; don't trust it. I ordered my items and received a tracking number, but after twenty-seven days, I got an email claiming that my item had been delivered, although it hadn't. AND I JUST DISPUTED THE Payment BY TALKING TO MY BANK.

Sometimes the customer service feedback is not timely enough. Generally speaking, it's still a good product.
They were very cautious in screening clients. Midway through, the even wanted to give up because some materials were rather complicated, but after the cooperation, they felt that it was all worth it.
