Poor quality products
I bought the nova vogue outdoor sofa and firepit table set and have no problem with that furniture. I also ordered a set of nova covers for this furniture at a cost of £150.
The covers appeared quite cheap and poor quality in comparison to a set I ordered from another supplier for a second sofa set (different brand)
After using the covers for only 6 months (October to end March) I have found the stitching has come apart at the seams, they are prone to tear and have done so around each of the eyelets and I’ve recently found that they no longer repel water and saturate the furniture underneath them. A complete waste of money - the distributors are unable to help as I am just over the warranty period (despite them having been in storage for most of this time) and Nova refuse to believe that they have a poor quality product nor will they even look into it. Complete and utter waste of money. I won’t use this company again

I recently got a nova Xmas tree and felt I had to come on and leave a short review. I looked at so many trees and was unsure which one to choose. I wanted something that would last year after year. Extremely disappointed
Tried to contact Nova via their website to complain about the Thalia round table we bought from Duxburys and received no response. The tables are poor quality in so much as the rattan sags in the heat and look awful. We also purchased a customised table cover in the hope that it would help but as soon as it was removed the rattan sagged. Duxburys have excelled and tried to resolve this issue, they have been very responsive, however, we still have an issue despite a replacement. We bought two garden sets both Nova, they look lovely and the corner set with the rectangular table is fine. There is obviously a fault with the rattan tension on the round tables, we are very disappointed and this has put us off buying this brand again. I feel that Nova have shirked their responsibility by providing no solution, leaving the retailers to sort this, very poor!

We are sorry to hear that you have had a mixed experience with your NOVA furniture. We do wish to provide the best possible experience at all times and do pride ourselves in supplying the best quality rattan garden furniture.
As we are the wholesaler, we only deal directly with the businesses and retailers. As this is the case, we cannot supply directly to the general public. Any cases brought to our attention via the retailers has to be deal with directly through them. We always advise our customers on how to resolve any issues as effectively as possible, as we have done with Duxburys in your case.
Looking over the email chain that was received, all of our colleagues and our sales manager inspected the pictures but could find very little fault with your table. We provided all the best solutions to Duxburys to resolve this including providing a part refund or using part of their own stock to resolve. It is then up to the retailer to discuss this with you.
If you do have any further pictures or updates, we will be more than happy to investigate further but, from those originally pictures and information, this was the best we could advise the retailer.

Speaking from a Returns Representatives point of view our Wholesalers purchase many items from Nova Outdoor, we are always very happy with the high quality of their furniture and find them very accommodating if ever we have any queries with any faults that we may have come across on rare occasions or for our customers, they are always quick to supply replacements/parts when necessary if they are able to. Our Outdoor Rattan Cushion Storage box arrived so quickly! We are so pleased with it - it gives me joy every time I lift the lid! Easy to put together and really substantial. Stores all my cushions for my large dining set plus room to spare for other items. The made to measure weather cover just finishes it off. I couldn't recommend highly enough - thankyou! it makes such a difference to receive items quicker than expected & better quality than expected.

Nova have been excellent from initial orders right through to delivery. They went above and beyond my expectations in their customer service.
They have been honest in all their time schedules and kept me updated.
In particular a special mention to two staff members who made my purchase much easier Mr Ian Reid and Mr Martin Hughes who went beyond their call of duty to make my experience much more pleasant and are huge assets to this business. I trust they get the recognition they deserve.
The staff are knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. Any products I have purchased have been the envy of my neighbours and will last a lifetime.
