it took a very long time for my product to actually be sent. When I contacted the customer service, I just got a general reply without any explanation why it was taking so long (which I inquired about). The product did fit the description when it eventually arrived.

Ordered two perfumes of Prada
Ordered two perfumes of Prada, a couple of days after my order I saw that they raised the price for this item with almost 15% - received after 5 days a mail that there was a technical probleme and my order was cancelled, in the meantime the article was sold out - so most probably they sold the perfume to others who paid more than I did - I almost had to beg for a discount code for a next order ... I saw as well that three four weeks before Christmas they raised the prices for most items, sometimes doubled the prices - so best always compare and check - a Holiday Discount Code does not always mean you get it cheaper than the competition - in general they were the cheapest but lately they are more expensive than other discounters

First and last experience with Novaperfume
I was a first time customer on Novaperfume.
On 27/11 I purchased a perfume on their website for a first
Price was 158 €.
on 2/12 I received a mail from their customer service department that they had a technical problem and refunded the money on my account.
I never asked for the refund and still wanted to purchase the item for the price that was listed. When I asked them if it was still possible to purchase the item for that price, they just informed me this was not possible and I had to buy it for the current price of 232,64 €.
After some discussion, they "kindly" offered me a 10% discount, which resulted in a price of 209,3 €.
I will never place another order with Novaperfume.
