This website is scam. It is very bad Service.

I also read most of the comments from other users. It is observed that many of those who strive to become composers and artists have their royalties violated regarding their songs and cannot find an interlocutor.

I advise everyone to contact more serious and professional service providers.

They are claiming the rights of songs and other elemants made by creators totally on them own

Wanted to engage with them but learnt they are just scamming people

They are stealing your royalties.

I know in fact that streams were made at a certain DSP. Novecore hasn't reported one single stream in 2 years now???
Funny because I have a state51 deal too and know that they pay the certain DSP with a 3 months delay...

Many people say they are scamming...

Their moderation is really weird, they will mostly reject your releases and won't pay royalties.
They don't even have a proper distribution / publishing agreement with Spotify and other streaming services, that's also bad

it's a spam site, you upload the songs, and when it comes to payments you get nothing.

I took down all my releases, because there are no information about streamings , downloads or other statistics. After6 months and many requests, I' m still waiting for deleting my account.

hello . i published my song on novecore on 2023-07-14 . although 7 months have passed since the publication of my song, no royalties have been paid to me . the current listens of my song on 23.02.2024 are as follows . i sent an e-mail about 4-5 times for payments but never received a return . My song has gone viral on most social media platforms, but I wonder what excuse they will come up with.

They will never ever take down your music from Youtube Topic / Youtube Music. So if you have crap music that you want to unrelease from the world, it will never happen. I tried to email Novecore 1000 times no response, they just want to keep it on youtube and god knows why. So never use this distributor. I made really crap music about s3x and r*pe and i wish for it to dissapear from youtube music. And they won't let you do it. They only will take it down from spotify, apple music, but never on youtube music. you will be trapped!

i released approx 10 songs but i am not geting payed and no statics and performance is shown on my account i am working from more then 3 years but i got 0 $ PLESE Help ME TEAM NOVECORE.

Very bad and frustrating experience. Their technical support responds with different answers every time I present the problem to them.

a scam platform, I do not recommend. it doesn't show your earnings after more than 1 year on the platform. avoid this site

I don't know what it is like because their is a problem where I just can't make an account. And when I try to it makes a red box with an x on it to get rid of it. The red box is meaning there is an error or you need to do something. And all that comes up is a red box without any words in it

This service is horrible! They cannot even complete the simple task of delivering music to stores and paying their own customers. I have emailed and spoken to customer service back and forth for so long because there are so many issues with their distribution. My account was terminated for no reason and my music and progress with streams and listeners on streaming services have disappeared. Artists who just want to get their music on services and make a living can’t with this service and I extremely regret EVER signing up to this terrible distribution service!!! I made an account just so I could warn others about Novecore and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone, they are thieves!

I released a few tracks 10 months ago. My balance did not update and I did not get any reports for 10 months after I released my music. They said the threshold for receiving and updating the balance was $20. So I waited until I was sure I had enough streams to reach $20. My balance did not update and I still had 0 reports. Then over a month ago I messaged the owner. They took a day to respond but asked me to send them the UPC and track info. I did it and I did not get a response until 1 month later. During that month I also contacted them through their website and they gave me a link to an article on their website where I found an email (finances@novecore) that I contacted. I never got a response. When Maria responded after a month, they started interrogating me about my releases even though they had been approved by them 10 months ago with no problems. They said one of my artists is from Iran and they can't pay her if she's in Iran. I confirmed she didn't live in Iran. I answered all of their questions then they said they'll check my royalties the following day. I messaged them again the following day and they called me annoying and took another day to finally check my royalties. They said I was just over the threshold (~$21 after their 15% cut) and the system "didn't catch it". Then I asked to cash out and told them I don't have a bank account to receive a payment and asked them if they could send the money to my relative's bank account. They said they'll ask their compliance team and so I waited until today when they told me my account was terminated for being too risky. They told me they will pay me if I create a bank account. But the cost of creating an account (which I won't use for anything) is much higher than $21. So now I can't earn more on novecore and I can't cash out either because I have so little. Is novecore a scam? Novecore is most likely a scam. I can say that a lot of other people I've talked to have had a problem with their balance not updating and not being paid. I have not seen them pay anyone around me. I have never seen a proof of payment from novecore. If you want to get royalties I would definitely avoid them. There are more reputable distributors that are free.

So to recap:
-My account posed no risk to novecore or anyone else. There was absolutely no reason for them to close my account. I had 0 violations and I reassured them that no royalties would be sent to any country that isn't allowed to receive them. They only decided to close my account when I requested a payout.
-They will delay helping you as much as they can and later find an excuse to close your account.

I gave 5 stars so you could see this and not ignore my tickets!

my EP release "lubię żaby" does not show up in spotify. its been 1 month since the ep is out, the EP release was 14 February and it was approved on 26 January. I know it takes 3 weeks to upload but the release is already up on every platform except Spotify. The admin named "Maria" told me to contact you. I already sended 3 tickets and rewiews to trustpilot about this issue, but nobody fixed or cared about it.
