They send the wrong product and said I should send back the stuff wich I agreed to do. Now they refuse to give me their adress and they don't want to refund me. This is clearly a fraud. They are criminals .

I‘ve got wrong items. Really ugly. Don’t buy anything there!!! They want to give me a 3$ gift card! For what? More ugly items?

Wish I’d seen this set of reviews before making my order. This is a CHEAP IMITATION /false advertisement schemer site. I’ll be reaching out to PayPal for my refund as this ‘company’ is not cooperating in giving me a return address / refund, and not wanting to take their fake, cheap imitation product back. Hope that they get shut down soon.

I bought a nice pair of shoes which I Payed 70,00 euros and they sent me the wrong ones. I asked them for a change but they wrote back I had to accept the shoes they sent me

I've been waiting 4 months. No garment. No refund. We need a class action suit. I have contacted both Instagram and paypal. They are liars and thieves.

I wish there was less than a 1 star rating. They refused to refund my money the 10 times that I requested a refund and it took over 2 months to ship, if they really shipped the items. DO NOT BUY!!! This is a scam

It is obvious now they are scammers. I am not really sure why paypal are still working with them after having received so many complaints! Novelsimple don't sell any stuff, they steal pictures from other brands and take your money and then for months (!) they keep promising shipment and never refund you. I had to open the case with PayPal to get my money back.

#PayPal, why have you still been working with these scammers? Have you got your interest in this??

Do not buy. Worst company ever! One item was out of stock and refunded. 2nd item never arrived and I’ve been email arguing for over a month demanding a refund. They keep saying it will ship normally even though it’s been about two months without receiving the item. They refuse to refund my money and refuse to let me speak with a supervisor. This conduct is unacceptable! If idve known they were a foreign company I never would’ve ordered but the website looked American.

Would have given zero stars but there was no option to do so. Took my money, no goods supplied. Have contacted Paypal, obviously a scam. If only I'd read these reviews before buying.

SCAM SITE, BEWARE. I ordered from them a month and a half ago, and when i reach out to them about where my order is, or order updates- i get ZERO communication back. So I have an open claim with paypal right now to get refunded.

just to let you know Paypal have refunded the money. DO NOT BUY FROM NOVELSIMPLE google them SCAM SITE - money will be taken by pp caru (hotmail.com) Images are stolen from High end fashion site DEMOBAZA.

Total scam. A lot of the clothes are from the designer/fashion brand DEMOBAZA (look it up), where the prices are between 300-800€ for each item. On novel Simple they go for 30-80$. So no, this is nothing but a scam.
