The worst online shopping experience…
One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
The products I received were poor quality, faulty, and not as described.
They looked nothing like the website photos, including the fit, sleeve length, and lining. They had poor, visibly crooked stitching, and after one cold wash following the care instructions, the green dye bled into the yellow fabric, permanently ruining the shirt.
Customer service has been appalling. They ignored my request for a proper remedy, pushed store credit, and then offered just US$35 to settle an entire order containing multiple faulty and misrepresented items. They eventually agreed to a return, but only if I paid to ship the items back to China at my own expense. They then refused to refund one of the faulty shirt because it had been washed once, even though the defect only became apparent after that first wash, exactly as I explained in my very first email.
They do not stand behind the quality of the products they sell, and their advertised “30-day return guarantee” is far less reassuring than it appears. In my experience, they make the refund process as difficult as possible.
I will never buy from this company again and would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from them.
