Super fast customer service, always very friendly and supportive to my requests as a client. I needed to return one jeans and exchange for another size and model, and they even sent me the new ones before I could return the other one. The jeans also seem to be of extremely high quality. Highly recommend! :)
Really like the brand and mission. Have one pair of jeans from the brand that I've used a lot and I can see the quality of the product (other jeans I've tried with this much use did not last as long).
The one thing that I had a slightly less good experience with is that the second pair of jeans I bought, once washed, started to unravel from the bottom.
