Almost 3 weeks in after having my hair transplant and what more can I say than brilliant all round!! For 5 years I've been trying to pluck up the courage to go ahead with a transplant and can honestly say I made the best decision to go with Now Hair! Karl looked after me at the start, he was so patient and understood my concerns!! I never felt pushed by him to go ahead, whereby all other clinics constantly hounded me and scared me off. I was assigned Kerry as my nurse to provide aftercare and she was more than brilliant!! She was on the phone day and night for any questions I may have. She always checked on my progress and supported me throughout the 2 week healing period...and even now I still contact her for advice and she's more than happy to help. On the day everything went smooth, the team looked after me well to the point where I felt so comfortable during the surgery I feel asleep!!! Dr Munir completely knew his stuff! He was professional and comforting to be around. Regarding the results I'm almost 3 weeks in and I'm so pleased so far!! I have hair growing fast in all the transplant areas and the donor areas have already healed well. To sum up..... Best value for money! Amazing surgeon and team, outstanding aftercare I'm so pleased I went through with it. Contact Karl and he will answer any questions you have, he's so approachable and most of all trust worthy. I will post a further review every 3 months regarding my results which I have every confidence will be just what I wanted. Thanks

Getting a hair transplant was something I had on my mind for a number of years. After finally taking the plunge, I’m glad I took it with Now Hair.
I had the surgery 11 days ago. John from Now Hair has been super supportive from the start of the journey, to the present and continues to be there for me if I need him for anything as I continue my post op journey.

Anyone considering a hair transplant, I recommend using Now Hair.

Great experience no pain at all and all staff were great, and the post surgery care was amazing aswel with John checking up on me everyday and helping me with what to do.

If I could give more stars I would - If you’re considering getting a hair transplant like I was for a long time but anxious about it definitely get a consultation done, I was put in contact with John who has been fantastic, he put me right at ease and answered any questions I had leading up to the surgery which went way smoother than I expected. I am now 10 days post surgery and John still keeps in touch daily checking on my progress and answers any questions I have day or night you name it he is there to help which you just wouldn’t get in most places afterwards. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

I am very happy to have gone with Now Hair.
After doing research into transplants there was only one company that stood out above the rest. Very good reviews all round made me take the plunge and I was contacted by John Davey who was very polite, funny, informative and supportive right from the beginning. I felt no pressure and after a few weeks of reflecting I decided to go ahead and reach out to John again.
From there in things moved quickly and within 3 weeks I had my hair transplant procedure carried out. I am now almost two weeks in scab free and have hair in places I haven’t for years! Crown and temples looking great. Appreciate the journey ahead will take several months however I am so far really happy with the results and am very happy to have gone ahead with the decision.
John and I am sure the rest of the team are similar are fantastic. I thoroughly recommend their company. John has been in touch with me every day since my hair transplant and are always available whatever the day / time to answer questions.
There isn’t any other company I personally have had the pleasure to deal with like them.
Now that’s the Surgey and the healing period is complete I am now free to go back to my normal day to day routine but will be keeping in touch with John and staying part of the social media group.

From the first phone call from John at Now Hair, I felt like he was invested in my journey and excited for me to go through this process. I think that anyone reading this review will be like I was a few months ago, doing a bit of research, feeling nervous, apprehensive, unsure etc. So pleased I just went for it, the experience I had with Now Hair and specifically John, was supportive, not at all pushy, giving me great advice leading up to the day of the surgery and then every morning after, keeping in contact with me and being available to answer questions at any point. If you're thinking about a hair transplant, then my advice would be just go for it, good luck and I'd definitely recommend going through Now Hair!

My experience was great with now hair , from the day I got there I felt so looked after , so pleased with the outcome of the treatment , after the treatment I was looked after so well , messages every day to check up on me and see how I was progressing , overall I would really recommend now hair ,

Great communication throughout the entire process. John is always on hand to answer any questions and always checking in to see how things are! Had one slight hiccup that was completely nobody’s fault but it was quickly sorted and things were back on track in a matter of days. Surgery day ran seamless and the team talked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable stage by stage. Would definitely recommend Now Hair to anyone! The advice and support from John before I even signed up for the transplant was excellent. I had a lot of questions and his knowledge and understanding was very reassuring. The aftercare from John was more than I was expecting and provided clarity and day by day support from an hour after getting home through the first few weeks....and beyond. I have recommended him to some friends, and I would highly recommend John to anyone considering a hair transplant especially if like me you had some concerns and fears holding you back.

John was absolutely brilliant the whole way through the process, talked me through every step and was in touch everyday through my recovery process

Waited over 12 months to leave review, my first surgery didn’t happen as I had a problem with my blood pressure, although I was gutted at the time was grateful as it highlighted an issue I needed to get sorted, 3 months later I had my surgery at Manchester, the team were great, Dr Munir is a top guy and great at his job. Aftercare went well with Kerry there at every step of the way to help, 13 months later I’m so happy with my transplant, I had no hairline whatsoever, had 3500 new grafts, people said I look 10 years younger, from initial consultation to months after surgery Scott has been great, I have no regrets and would recommend to anyone, since two of my colleagues have already had surgery and are just as pleased. My advice is don’t delay 😊

Excellent service from start to finish. Was contemplating having hair transplant for a while came across Now hair, i contacted Karl who went through everything with me and what to expect he was not pushy at all. The day went very well, both the medical team and surgeon are excellent in what they do.The after care provided by Kerry is outstanding and she really helps your recovery . I would recommend any one considering hair transplant to contact Now hair you will not be disappointed.

I had my first consult with Kerry, who is the most helpful, trained and practiced medical professional I’ve spoken to in this industry. Kerry took the time to answer all my questions and understand my situation. There was no push to whack down a deposit there and then to secure a booking and Kerry has diligently followed up with all the info she said she would in a well written and personalised way - no copy and paste factory job. Kerry was also really honest with me about the results I would achieve with just one surgery and gave me space and pause to think - even suggesting interim solutions. Taking the photos for the consult was a humbling experience - but Kerry dealt with this super well. Clearly a lot of empathy and a lot of love goes into this work.

Had a great service from John at the Now Hair team. He helped arrange everything from start to finish and was always available to contact. Following the procedure, he kept in touch with me every day for the first couple of weeks to see how I was getting on and help with the aftercare process. I will definitely recommend them in future.

Excellent communication throughout. John was on hand before and after to handle any queries, including at weekends. The procedure itself was also very professionally undertaken. Would highly recommend for anyone considering.

I am a four limb amputee, Dr Band and his team were sympathetic and patient , understanding that I needed to change position regularly, John was amazing throughout the procedure, he is always on the end of the phone for both advice and support , highly recommended.

Went in for my original hair transplant on the 10th Feb but unfortunately had high blood pressure due to being very nervous. Spoke to John (who was and still is amazing throughout) who told me to go to my doctor and get a letter explaining that it was due to being nervous. I did exactly that and was booked back in on the 10th March. The day itself was long and a bit uncomfortable but its all expected and once it’s done just follow Johns advice and you won’t go wrong. I had my hair transplant 2 weeks ago in Manchester with Dr Munir , it went exactly as expected. A busy day with means to an end .
Prior to the surgery speaking to Karl was great from the initial thinking about it phase UK v Turkey , there was no pushy sales at all ,( I got quotes from Turkey no price difference at all once flights were added)and back in my own bed the same day .I really wouldn’t have liked to have been flying and don’t know how you could actually follow the do,s and don’t of the most important first 3 days of recovery if your returning from abroad .On to Kerry who guided me through the healing phase having me scab free in 11days a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to chat to and always there if needed.

From start to finish the team have been amazing Always full of advise and communications with discount and information asking how it’s going.

I would be recommending him to all my mates and contracts as he was my point of contact with Great advise and always reachable.
No pushy sales technic. The clinic offered great service and after care. Why go abroad when you can be local and go home in your own bed to recover. I’d rather pay the extra than having to deal with airports.
People leave reviews but only soon after the op. I wanted to update the review for how it has worked for me a year later. Ok a year later and I’m so happy with the results. I don’t feel ashamed of the way my head look with the old big fore head front section missing. Now I have my old hair line back like when I was younger. I feel more confident and get more compliments from people who see me after so many years. People think I am younger than I am and I don’t regret doing it at all. The after care and routine I have to follow is nothing when it comes to my confidence. My friends can’t throw
Insults about my hair line with the saying let it go.
I highly recommend this company and two of my friends have also decided to use the same firm as they were happy with my results. I’m a fully satisfied customer who isn’t being paid to leave the review. I am leaving it so others can hear what a real suffer has to say.
